That confirms it ,unless there is a holdings RNS tomorrow from one of the other holdings above 3%, then it was JRose offloading nobody else holds anywhere near 205k. Would also confirm that he was pushed rather than walked. Eagerly awaiting tomorrow to see if there is a RNS So I can wipe the brow and breath again. LOL

Kong1 should have included the couple of other’s and JB who were there in Boxhill days.

With only 3/4ml shares in free float nobody outside the BOD/Phil Jackson or the new investors would have accumulated a holding of that magnitude in the last year,based on share performance, and I am confident nobody held in the days of Boxhill else why didn’t they attend the AGM’s. The only question could be Lord Razzle who has now disappeared.

James Rose held 600k shares /options,can’t remember the background too the holding,but reduced his holding when he purchased 5 aside football pitches for a £1 with a £50 k contractual refurbishment hanging over his head. Since then has left been removed from his directorship at PPS maybe because of the sale fiasco,forcing him to sell his holding . Time will tell.

Watch the news between now and results/AGM if past performance is anything to go by.!!!!!!

At about 17.00 last evening LSE was showing 150 as a share price which was 5p above the ask at 145 it went on for about 10 minutes before dropping back to 137.5.
With the tight spread we have for todays sells looks like a possibility that they have still to be reported, I wait to see MM’s have 3 days to report.
Hope there has been some NED transactions unless it’s a closed period .
Expecting a nice little move north on the SP when the website is released,it should give some direction for the future.

Interesting could see after hours at £1.50.
