The object of an AGM as I know it is give the investors/ shareholders an opportunity to question progress following the issue of results and trading update.
With no report as yet issued , What is the Nomad doing allowing this to happen,as part of there remit is to look after the shareholders interest ,.waste of time!!!

Are we really big enough even with the required investment ,capable of bringing something of this magnitude to the market.
Resolution 10 of the AGM appears to open up other possibilities .
Why divide the AGM ,segregating accounts when they are really insignificant and should have been signed off months ago.
Just my slant on other possible scenarios.

RS forecast of “ significant cash flow improvement “ by this month ,is the question I would want answered,to ensure that revenue is still happening in the background,whilst still looking to the future.

Meant to say there will be plenty to talk about but the last year results could be a guide to RS performance.
