A further observation,some months ago a poster on here mentioned about the sale of St Daniels house, possibly not too far from the truth, could have touched a nerve!!

Really looking forward to the release of the 90 day document, even more so the new website this weekend, been harping on about this for a year now ,this to me could be the best marketing tool if done to a very high professional standard.
On the down side ,I will register concerns over the future of new investment terms,difficulty in getting to grips with existing investors paying £5.04 and new investors paying in excess of that when the SP is where it is, wouldn’t be surprised to to see a further change in tactics on this front.

Website had been partially taken down now reinstated to same before James rose started revamp with Kath now showing as a director in-place of JR. Hope it wasn’t due to another skeleton in the cupboard. 8 months seems a long time.

TBH, point of clarification,was Kath solely involved in the EU payments side of the business, which was showing considerable growth the last time reported.

RNS is due re trading 3 months after six month period end, audited accounts to follow by end of July.

2. Sale completed,investment received,revenue down/ losses = level SP
3 Sale called off, investment withdrawn, revenue down/ losses =knackers yard.

Just read through AIM reporting rules, if I am not reading them incorrectly, they say trading update has to be issued 3 months post period end, that suggests we can expect a RNS by close of play Friday. Audited accounts by the end of July .
Could be the reason for the lack of trades, good news coming???

Extraordinarily quiet re trading over the last 24 hrs ,perhaps everybody is waiting for the blockbuster RNS, including those in the know LOL.

Work being done on the website,perhaps a sign of progress on other aspects of the business???
Now a year since RS joined , hope his cash flow prediction is becoming a reality.

One thing I have learned with this stock, is you need balls of steel and the patience of Job ,but in the end it will payoff. GL
