I am personally not sure about taking on oil projects currently...although there could be some screaming bargains in the market. Rocco has to find something to justify his position. With Christian and Rolf leading the way I think we have excellent thought leadership - we will see.

The bod focus is on near term cashflow... I would suspect gold mines more likely (gjven the medium term gold price expectation). Gold Ridge update is needed and i would like to see plans for level 5 and 6, plus estimates of gold reserves. Not sure how long that could take?

If successful, Nuformix and VistaGen will consider opportunities to extend the collaboration to other CNS therapeutic candidates with a view to unlocking additional therapeutic and commercial opportunities.

We know the tech works...now all we need yo do is to show it works again and we can build on the collaboration.

When the Kissei desl is signed we have so many avenues to drive the business forward. With a strongef bod in place I am confident we will be many multiples of the current sp in the next few years. I can afford the time to wait for the events to unfold.

Yes, its been slower than we all want. Yes the sp is lower than we all want. Yes, its frustratinfg to see a reduced share value. But I am happy to hold and build my shareholding over the intervening weeks and months.

Random, if Kissei are the preferred partner due to market size, abilith to make bigger returns for NFX, willing to offer a bigger % etc etc etc....then why wouldnt you wait.

This makes sense unless you are shorting, want a lower entry price or some other random reason.

I explained mg thoughts on why there have been delays (other than covid).

Kissei have 2 people on the board who have spent a long time on tranikast. 1 brought it to market, 1 failed twice to improve its efficacy. Then Dan pops up and says we have the key to improve tranilast that you couldn't find.

Japanese culture means no one wants to lose face.. so NFX will likely have to meander a way through to the deal whilst not rubbing salt in the wound. They will need to be seen to be working with Kissei...so lots oc data will need to flow between the parties.

I expect the deal to be done soon, and hope it to be in place for the fy results in early July.

Notperfect - this could be part of a good negotiation...."Yatai, pay up or we will take the product elsewhere. We have another interested party so its up to you!" Legal costs would be expensive and no guarantee in China. Just imagine if Kissei signed a deal for both 001 and 002, and that was the reason for the delay.....they wers waiting for the green light from NFX on both products....

Ref Vistagen - I see they have 2 products dekiverd by a nassl spray. 101 is an oral drug....now J see why NFX are involved. All 3 products are stage 2 clinical trials and look to have massive (wide) uses.Another great deal by the bod.

Are you saying you dont think 001 works? Is that your point? If monies are due, then you would have expected the performance to have hit the criteria...NFX have been unfortunate with both Newsummit failing and covid...both out of the current bods control...

6 weeks could easily be enough time to finalise negotiations for the NXP002 deal with Kissei.

Yesterdays news was nothing unexpected re China. Could they have got that news out earlier? If they did the sp may not have dropped.

The new deal is great because EBERS have more of a retail focus. Our new deal is with a companh who's focus is medical. Great news and most people have missed that.

Covid has to be the reason for current delays...it is as plain and simple as that.

Dan is a professional, just be patient. I am more than happy to wait to the July annual report for news, but EBERS should come 1st imo. Who knows, there could be some positive surprises? (Yes, that is a complete guess before anyone questions that).

Japan is coming ouf of lockdown now, so I am sure Dan is continuing discussions again. I agree that we would like more updates, but if there is nothing to say other than everything is progressing well, why bother? It wouldnt add any value.
