Kissei and tranilast has a great fit. I know there was some politics as a resulg of them not being able (twice and at considerable cost) to find the key or co crystal. The person in charge of this is on the board of directors. Thats the reason for the delay...to avoid anyone losing face. They need NFX to be seen to be working with Kissei, not a supplier of the key.

This just takes time unfortunately. Add covid to that and the delay has been exaserbated.

We will see how much if any progress has been made when the finals hit that little red dot!!!

It would be a crying shame and well undervalued. This is not AIM. We know our patents are valuable...they need to crack on with the kissei deal before we consider any merger or takeover...

If we hold off until the big deal is done and we ard on our way to human trials this should be £1 plus...

And Kissei mkt cap is about $1.1bn. Their sp is down 23% ytd. They need something to get them back on track..

If we get 70p to £1.35 for EUA for the assets and we then reverse in to MNRG, then I will definately be retired!!! At 48!!!

I have no idea what EUA will go for but I believe 70p is the floor. 3 4 5 billion would be amazeballs!!!

I agree and would also be gutted, but I have seen companies go for less than real value many times. AMER was a good example.

I am lucky, that I can wait for this to turn around but seeing the investment half in value is challenging.

Given where we are I think we would all take 15p to sell up, although I do still think that it is a sound business and has a real chance to make it big. The dream of maximising shareholder value, even with a full LSE listing is generally stacked against us small pi's.

Lets hope we get the opportunity to get the deal done and grow our investments.
