Like a negotiation its depends how you approach it...if you rant on an email you are not likely to get a response.

Have a healthy positive debate with Dan and he will respond. I got a response within 1 hour.

If you are not happy, speak to the company...it is as simple as that.

I understand some peoples worries...but, if I were EUA i would:

1. Hold off the cost of 1 months broker fees - saving money. The shares are suspended anyway so no impact on SP.

2. If I knew holding off was sensible if we were very close to sorting a sale.

3. Happy to delist awaiting sale of the company if imminent.

If its 1 then we can still sign something last minute, but this doesn't stop production or the rumming of the business.

If its 2 or 3 then who cares. The sale will happen af some point.

Then EUA reverse takeover MNRG...and start again.

I would deaely like that to be thd case, but what needs to happen for that to be possible? That is a meaty valuation...

If you sell shares when you arent supposed to / without agreement of the bod, then your position is untenable. Whether you need the money or not...

Then if you don't get the cash in from your key client on top of selling shares, then your position is difficult to maintain. You can see why the people left the building...

As shareholders I am pleased Dan took the decision to do this. It shows that the bod want to do the right thing. Even if this is a founding member.

I think the link is coming from the fact that Christian is on the board of both companies. If EUA sells its big asset for a gazillion there is a chance they will need another company to reverse into. With MNRG sat in the wings with a gold mine and a full FTSE listing, perhaps this could hapoen.

If it does then we will all be very happy.

With a signed kissei deal i think 20p to 40p. But aldo depends on how the market is!!!

A lot of companies can be valued at 20 x earnings...it depends on the potential.

I think that once the Kissei deal is signed, the floodgates will open. We could sign deals worldwide.

There is a lof of potential for this business to be sold at £500m to £1bn. But we are a few years from that in my opinion.

Once nxp002 get through to a final product in market and it is a great success we will get bought out...

We also have nxp001, 003 and 004 some of which will take lknger to progress. 002 is the key to thd door!

Our tech could assist covid aftercare, but this takes time not our focus.

Egg on their face...Kissei have tried and failed to improve Tranilast twice...then minnow Nuformix come along and do what they couldnt...

I agree Aim that looking at daily changes is a thankless task, but some of us are heavily invested, and slightly under water...but the only thing that has changed is a delay due to covid, plus a seller! I have taken full advantage of the depressed share price and fully expect this to rerate over the next 4-6 months. Thats not a lot of time in the grand scheme of things.

Its easy to watch the sp but unless you ard tradinv there is not much point...It is always moe appealing to see the value of your shares appreciate...

It all depends on when Kissei are able to ratify any agreement and the politics behind their board of directors.

Covid will delay this further but we may be lucky to get a deal signed in H1. I would love that! I would also love an ODX style uplift....ws can dream!

The mistakes were with members of the bod, who have now left the building. Not Dan.

The problem is that they were not experts in monetising assets. They were clinically led. Mr Keegan and the team are experienced in monetising assets. This will nake a major difference to the new outcome.

No doubt the leavers have lost their options. But, why would you sell shares without notification and agreement of the bod? I think the seller must have personal reasons for selling the shares and have to do it rather than want to. Hopefully the value sold already is enough to satisfy the need. This is all in my opinion and is a guess based on me reading into what the RNS stated.

I think we have to give Dan 2020 to get this sorted. Especially given the covid delays.

I wish I was that clever and had enough time to trade the highs and lows. Would love to have lots of free shares! However, its a lot less stressful buying a quality share with lots of potential and sticking with it.

Problem for traders is that when news hits on pharma the real value earner is binary. So as a result I am happy to hold and accumulate.

Was nice to see a little rise in the sp today, lets hope ig sustains for a while.

Why? The sp does not reflect the assets MNRG hold. Covid is slowing things down...just like most other shares.

Interesting stuff. Surely our agreenent is transferred to Yatai and if they are writing off investment losses then they will include monies due to NFX?

Yatai need to sort themselves out and crack on with nxp001. I think they will slowly get this sorted once they replace the newsummit bod. Being in Wuhan must have had a big impact on their business operations...i do think the 2.5m will come through in H2.
