I agree with positive and negative posters grnerally...rwalith is that no one knows whats happening on the inside...Only invest what you can afford to lose...at these levels though you would think more likely upside than downside...

Any views on how likely it is thiz will be relisted on Aim???

Knowing when cheap is cheap! Below IPO price....significant progress on tech, deals with EBERS and Vistagen. Ongoing talks with a pharma ref pan asian rights to 002 and possibly 001.

Lots to l9okk forward to and yes this is cheap, but painfully so! I have bought all I am going to and averaged down last week. We must have cpi selling.

If pan asian deal is done this will rerate, until then we are wallowing in a bucket of potential! Great time to buy for newbies, those of us underwater are waiting for the golden news. I am not loving the red on this but I do believe in the tech and patents.

Im still happy to wait for 5 years to hit £1 plus. Bug it is a bit exasperating to say the least.....thats pharma sharedms for you. Look at SYN...not alot happening for years and then pop!

Perhaps Dan didnt want to sell until the nxp002 deal was done but covid slowed this down to the point that he had to go. Perhaps DT wanted to sell and and threw his teddies out of the pram when Dan said no...

I do hope that we have the time to get the 002 deal done before the company is sold. If that is indeed the case.

Im still hoping that EUA do a reverse takeover of MNRG once the business is sold. For those that arent aware Christian is on both bods...follow the brains.

Has anyone managed to get a response from the company in relstion to the annual report? I have tried but had ZERO response to the online form.

There is still a chance that the 001 deal continues with Yatai. All but written off in the sp. Oh the joys of investing!!!

I still have a njggling thought that Kissei are negotiating for both 002 and 001. Just imagjne that RNS!!!!

The company didnt respond to my requests on their webform which is poor.

It makes me laugh when people start getting personal. But that's the world we live in..

I emailed Fleur this morning so I hope to get a response.

I’m sure the NFX team will keep everyone properly informed going forward. All remains on track with the business. Whereas I’m disappointed to not be involved seeing things over the finish line, everything is in good hands and I’m excited to see what the future holds for both NFX and myself.

I can understand why you might think that A trades...but I have the email on my work laptop. I was very surprised to get a reply. Gobsmacked indeed. I have been in contact with Dan quite a bit recently and I wished him well. I'm not going to get into an argument with anyone on this - i know I am being honest so believe me or dont. I hold no grudges.

People need to do their own research and speak to the business themselves. I will be contacting Fleur tomorrow.

I too am dissapointed with the delays...we need a deal to be done. I am under water here, but if the CEO has been honest nothing has changed.

I did get a reply from Dan today. He said everything was still on track and the new team will keep investors updated.

No one is indispensable, even a founder (or 2!). New blood will reinvigorate the company and share price.

Many have wanted him gone. You got your wish.

Joanne is very close to DT, so politics of the q1 resignations are there for all to see. DT lost £800k of options when he left. I thinm Dan will be leaving with all his, supposing he has gone with agreement.

Will Keegan get a bigger role?

Lots of questions, perhaps he Kissei deal is being done this month? FY results out in July so more info to follow.

Agree that this is the inflection point.....once the deal is done we will be off!!!

Agree Soup, whilst we all want an appreciating sp we should also bs aware of the risks...for instance if the kissei deal doesnt happen this could drop to 2p. But, if 004 amd kissei gets moved forward the sp will likely rerate to 20p.

Once the kissei deal is sorted the ongoing business plan is made and we ars off to the races.

I think the commercial brains in the business now will get the deal done. It is critical to our development and has to happen.

Its a sad state of affairs when people get so wound up by someone on a lse board. It is a complete waste of time and effort. Would be good if everyone could keep the personal attacks away and get a grip. I think this will stop if and when people get back in the black and the knvestmeng moves forward.

Patience is the key here. You cant always buy at the bottom and you just have to wait for deals to be done. I am happy to judge the bod by RNS's and their actions.

We are just a few weeks away from fy results....a deal could come at any time. NXP004 results could come af any time.

Why would Roche want NFX now?

Big pharma want big deals that are quick to monetise. They dont want long timelines. Also can't see Kissei allowing Roche to get 002 Tranilast without a fight...

Having said all that, it is possible and Keegan is our dealmaker, but I think it is unlikely. I also want us to add value to the portfolio and not get taken out on the cheap.

Dan and the team are working hard to get the kissei deal signed and 004 progressed and these (based on ths last RNS) are all on track...

It helps no one and shows a serious lack of respect for your fellow man. You dont know each other, why waste your time? Hell, covid 19 has made us all a bit stir crazy, but seriously chaps you need to have a look at yourselves.

Lets get back to the good debate and keep it to that.

How can we all help eachother when we are tryinv to slap one another?

Oh, and it puts people off investing.
