Our options are: No sale (hope this years mining has gone well) Full sale (hoping for $6bn), part sale (something like Newcrest and GGP).

M&A could be sell assets, pay a chunky dividend, reverse into MNRG....have full LSE listing. Rince repeat.

I am liking $6bn ALOT.

Only the bod and potential bidders know where we are at...I am looking forward to seeing this unfold and hoping that the real value is paid. Having seen other companies sold (mainly o&g,) shareholders do get less than they think its worth. We will see.....

If ii's are prepared to pay 22.5p a share very recently I would say that it is not too late at 18p.

To be fair I was very pleased to buy at c.17.4p last week. Dont tell the missus!!!!

I can see an uplift to 1.5p to 2p in the short term (assuming we actually buy something with positive cashflow), however 6.6p must be a few years off...

Money in shares is not part of the scheme as its not cash...its ownership of an asset I suppose like a house.

Essentially if a broker goes bust the shares are held in a nominee account so whilst may be stuck until the administration concluded you wont lose the shares...

A company buying another could buy free float shares if they are lower than the agreed cost, unless there is an agreement not to buy any shares as part of the FSP.

Its nornally only a few % lower than the agreed selling price, however for those who bought sub 2p, this could be quite a considerable amount of money...

I still think they could be bought out bh NCYT...they have sold businesses to them before, so potential for this to go ballistic...

Without a sale, this should end up in the £5 region given the potential sales. If the govt get their act together this coulx happen sooner than anyone thinks...

The same happened on SNG for ages....then BOOM. A consistent seller was happy to take their profits....

If you believe in the company, the tech and the timing etc then you are just going to have to wait for a rerate.

We will see what the next 4 weeks brings...but I think we could easily rerate within this timeframe.

Is it me or is the oil and gas agreement now not 2 to 3 weeks! Its now "By the end of September."

I do think they are delaying for a reason we are not aware of....could it be to do with EUA? Surely they can progress gold ridge during covid. Look at GGP!!!
