Yes very true, it's all about exposure to risk, its important to have a much larger cash capital available to the amount you actually invest, to cover yourself, if you don't want to take the losses.

Sorry for your loss here, I've got more than ten times that amount already invested here and not worried in the slightest.

The bid has been at 0.15 for a while now, the majority of the market makers must there to ease the selling pressure. This is the bottom for the time being IMO.

Often, there's a sell off before bad news lands, the directors take a hit just like the rest of us. Which always baffles me for some undisclosed reason, family members usually hold many many times more.

Whilst we are awaiting RNS updates, (estimate within 8wks)

Its absolutely fine to explore speculation, as to what & where the next ADL move will be.

Recently, I have suggested India, as a highly likely area for opportunity. As they have just overhauled their rules to attract private investment in their Oil & Gas exploration and production, to increase their domestic production.

The Indian Government, has also set out financial incentives, for exploration & production, in Early, Future and Existing operations.

There are various opportunities for partnerships, with other Government agencies & companies too.

It is worth noting that : Andalas Energy & Power is an Oil and Gas Exploration AND Production Company.

There are clearly several pathways available here for ADL.

ADL , will be privately funded and used as a vehicle into an emerging market. (Like India) if project(s) is successful , then ADL will be taken over or if unsuccessful they will be cast aside.

What exactly did the BOD do, that was so incompetent, regarding the Colter project.?

India, the opportunity is the most recent, from February 2019.

It's considerably more cost effective and less exposure, to use a company like ADL as a vehicle , to gain access into emerging markets. Thus making investment highly more favourable.

Sorry, that somehow my lack of posting history, makes me out to be not a credible poster. Even though I have made several posts, with what I know to be valid points. You have tried to theorise my own trading strategy, then try to demonise and discredit me for taking profits, that's using your own make believe! Even though to leave taking profits is exactly what every investor is trying to do.!

It's easy to take a negative outlook and churn up the same old disappointments etc. But it gets tiring after a while and therefore people switch off to it.

For ADL to take up on any opportunity , surely they will need some sort of investment investment.?

Where are these new exciting new opportunities going to come from.?

Are ADL actively seeking further opportunities.?

Has the government of India, revamped its rules to attract private investment.?

Is the government of India offering financial incentives.?

I have raised, answered , these points and no one can argue that it's not the case.!

Do you know the hydrocarbon relation between Indonesia and India.?

If it's not going to be ADL, that takes up these opportunities, who will.? Because there's quite a few going there.!

Just under a month ago, the Indian Govt. Revamped their rules for future exploration and production of oil and gas blocks, to attract private investment and increase domestic production.

Apparently, they are offering some very lucrative financial incentives, for explorers and producers , on New, Future and Existing projects.

My last couple of posts , explained how inward investments could come into ADL.

The timeframe regarding news flow , I would expect to start seeing RNS releases within the next eight weeks.

For the time being, I'm not anticipating the share price to move significantly in either

What I am quietly anticipating is, offers of inward investments from a few avenues, resulting in a strong possibility of multiple projects. (Maybe even a privately funded project in India)

What would make ADL look appealing to medium investors (smaller investors multiply & divide accordingly)

Using simplified theoretical calculations here:

1) ADL would be looking for 6 investors to pledge £50k each, raising £300k towards a Colter type project.

2) ADL would pay for the rest of the above project (£300k - £500k)

3) ADL would offer 30% from successful project, to the 6 investors.

4) ADL would retain 70% from successful project.

5) if project was unsuccessful, the investors would lose £50k each.

6) if project was unsuccessful, ADL would lose £300k - £500k.

7) in comparison to the investors, a £50k shareholder, would get if successful project 500%, unsuccessful project -85%.

8) Colter type project became a success and is worth £20m.

9) using above calculations for successful & unsuccessful project.

10) the £50k shareholder would end up with £300k or £7.5k.

11) the £50k investor would end up with £1M or £0

12) ADL would end up with £14M or lose £300k - £500k.

ADL will be at U.K. Invester show , March 30th.

To survive, they now have to look for inward investment .

What would make ADL look appealing to larger investors:

1) around £300k would buy a seat on the BOD & just under 30% of the company.

2) Depending upon how much funds ADL already has (upto £700k) : another £300k - £700k inward investment would provide scope for another Colter type project, with the same potential worth (around £20M).

3) if the above hypothetical project was successful, there is scope to cross the 30% threshold, and then buy the remaining shares to takeover the company. ( they have to pay the 52wk high for them shares, currently @ 1.35p each)

4) The current projects ADL has, could be used as leverage in any brokered deal.

Things to look for which would be a good indicator:

1) series of buys to amass near £300k worth at current MCAP

2) RNS TR-1

3) RNS directorate change.

4) RNS update.

From ADL RNS, opportunities are plenty but what are their options?

1) Buy asset
2) sell asset
3) actively seek inward investment

Inward investment would be at a premium and cost to the board

Entity looking to invest: (my own thoughts)

£1M investment into ADL would buy 29.9% of company + a Colter type project = potential project return £20M+ (also could buy the rest of the company at 52wk high @ 1.35p per share)

What are ADL doing regarding P.R. this month?

Firstly, I have no involvement with ADL, other than being a shareholder.

I'm new to writing on these share chat platforms, and fully accept whatever I post is open to ridicule.

I do however, have a circle of investors, that I'm in regular communication with regarding ADL. The market capitalisation (£971.39k) here is worth noting ,as the consensus of feeling amongst the circle, is that there is a threshold, whereby an individual or group of people with vision, would find the MCAP an opportunity to come on side. An early indication of such an event would be movement in the boardroom.

I do appreciate and understand that a lot of investors , not just from ADL, lost a lot of money on the Colter project and other projects here.

The psychology, behind investing in a share of this type, is the same for most investors. The upside potential is always massive with the right results too.

When I enter my investment into a company, I always stage my buy ins, where by my investment evolves with the company.

I fully expect fundraising and dilution as part and parcel. As I await the BOD's plans with anticipation.

A couple of snippets from the latest RNS to ponder over:

immediate focus is to continue to support the joint ventures evaluation of the Colter South discovery, which includes the assessment of the data from both the initial well and the side track as well as the data from the previous wells and seismic across the licence area over the coming weeks.

The market has clearly decided that Colter project is a duster, maybe or maybe not be the case there. Either way we will definitely have a conclusion update to look forward too.

Regarding the BOD , reviewing a number of opportunities , a cash shell cannot be ruled out and neither can further projects , with further projects comes further fundraising.

The cycle of this share begins again.

No not at all, I was simply sharing my reasoning behind investing here.

These projects are the catalyst and main driver of raising the share price. At one point , ADL had 3 projects, all of which had tremendous upside potential, so naturally investors would be paying at a premium for shares at that time. Sadly the projects did not materialise and we are where we are. Some investors hadmanaged to pre-empt the results and sold out beforehand as the one day candlestick charts clearly shows.

I believe now is the time, to literally take stock, accumulate shares for the next cycle of the history of ADL.

It's the easy target to blame the management , for these type of stocks, but the reality is that the odds of these type drills actually finding a viable commercial product is around 1 in 12.

The role of the BOD, is to raise funds for projects, that they believe has the best chance of finding such a viable commercial product . So far they have been unsuccessful, but that does not mean, that they will continue to be so.

At this time, there is only further projects in the pipeline. I see this as the accumulation stage for shareholders.

Unfortunately with the Colter project, a lot of decent shareholders had lost out significantly . I believe mainly to the unlevel playing field, that some people capitolised on. I refer to the one day candlestick chart difference between ADL & BOIL, the day before the results were announced. On a level field of play these charts would have been similar as they were both waiting for the same news.

I do believe, that there is a very strong chance of those shareholders, who lost out, has the opportunity to recoup some part /all of their losses, with this share. Before news of further projects followed by the ramping of the intrinsic value as they always are, by the likes of potential oil discovery / price of a barrel of oil.

I have already made a substantial investment in this share and will continue to do so.
