The placing was for £1million , correct me if I'm wrong, they only needed £200k the other £800k is unclear, maybe fully funded already?

ADL were already actively looking for opportunities, with shareholder support. Plan of action being drawn up.

Sebastian Marr was a major shareholder from 04/10/2018, it says on TR-1. He also accumulated more shares on the 18/032019 & 19/03/2019, both after Colter results.

19/03/2019 second tranche of placing shares, hits the market.
Same day,Two TR-1 thresholds are also passed, combined they are 92million more shares than placing tranche.

21/03/2019, several companies house registrations on this day, combining ADL, Eagle Gas & Holywell Resources Directors.
First official indication, of the area of business, that behind the scenes movement has taken place. The companies listed above, were/are involved with the Badger project, could there be a re-emergence here.?

The last 3 occasion's, I said the trades were printed wrong and suspect that the spread, isn't as advertised, (I'm factually true) you try to discredit me. Two TR-1's come Friday, you say they are just taking 2nd tranche, (you factually wrong) 140million shares Vs 48.8million shares. Today you say, I'm clutching at straws and ramping up (you factually wrong) clearly you don't know the difference between research and ramping.! I've made no attempt at predicting where the share price will be or how much hydrocarbons are anywhere, I've only stated facts which are backed up on the Govt website.

I fully understand that you take a very negative approach here. I don't hold this against you at all.

I don't have Level 2, because I am not a day trader, I rely on thorough research, in the shares I'm invested in. I constantly monitor the situation. When I say, the printed trades are showing wrong, you can guarantee I've made several dummy trades in both directions, with other indicators to confirm this. Research is what I do.

Through the two TR-1's & Eagle Gas companies house filing, we now have concrete evidence of behind the scenes movements and are able to link multiple companies.

Eagle Gas limited has a role to play, getting their house in order is a part of that.

Yes, TR-1 buy in's, always a good sign and for the share price too.!

It's possible there could be more to come, especially keep a close eye for change of director RNS.! Most likely private funding secured RNS soon afterwards.

Yes, combined shares holding is 140990784 , a lot more than 48888889 2nd tranche.! Seb also crossed threshold the day before (18/03/2019) the 2nd tranche entered the market on19/03/2019.
