You are exactly right.

Timeline wise, Colter data analysis, was expected to be completed towards the end of April, so we are 4-6wks beyond analysis stage. We haven't had a conclusion update regarding Colter, so it would be fair to assume some sort of negotiations are happening there.

Regarding India, the OALP-2 bidding close date, was put back from 12th March to 15th May, which is also the same close date for OALP-3 bidding round. We will expect to find out the awardees in around 8wks. It's rumoured that an entity, had made an offer to use ADL as a vehicle into this market, which would stem from above licences.

I think the India link, is just one offer from an entity, looking to use ADL as a vehicle into the market and would end in a takeover.

Eagle Gas ltd, 14%+ stake could well be worth considerably more to ADL, than 25% stake in previous form of Eagle Gas. There's the possibility of RTO on the table too.

The options are for Simon Gorringe to decide which path for ADL to take. Colter project may well be influencing these decisions.

BMD's £10M asset plug & play offer, could well be true and from another entity. I do believe that ADL is attractive to these types of entities, looking for a shell type listings. There's more to come from this.

If you take BMD's research at face value, that one or more entities, have made (directly or indirectly) offers to ADL. The point of resistance to these offers being CEO Simon Gorringe. Then Simon's only available options left, (that I can see) is Eagle Gas Ltd and/or Colter project. I'm happy to hold here, with that in mind.

They drilled Colter South nearly 3 months ago now, with that in mind, I'm expecting conclusion within a few weeks.

The official estimate for Colter South is 15mb, which would cross the threshold to be commercially viable.

Perenco is the local operator and I also think, they would be favourite to make an offer.

The seismic data indicated the 15mb and the drill confirmed the southern part was further along than expected. It definitely has the feel of being commercially viable, even if the market's reaction was the opposite. (Which actually makes the risk level for the remaining shareholders far better)

It's always been my view that ADL, would look to cash in and monetize at the earliest convenience, which in itself means taking a reduced profits stance. They did have a three pronged approach but now have limited options available, which only compounds my theory. It has all gone exceptionally quiet (regarding Colter) which imo means that, options are being explored as to the next move for all the companies involved there.

Doubleup, they only confirm it's active, when they publish their accounts to companies house. I was acting on someone else's theory, that they are active now.

Yes, it will be our first chance, to find something concrete, to connect ADL with the Indian market. Most likely to be through a limited company and a farm in. Eagle Gas ltd, is a company sitting waiting to become activated. This is just one of multiple opportunities, related to ADL.

Following the contract signing of 55 Blocks under OALP Bid Round-I, Government has launched OALP Bid Round-II on 07th January 2019 offering 14 Blocks under Petroleum Operation Contract for International Competitive Bidding.

Features of OALP Bid Round–II are as quoted below:

14 Blocks spread over 7 Sedimentary Basins, 4 States and offshore areas covering 29,233 Sq. Km of area
Out of 14 Blocks, 8 are in Onland, 5 in Shallow Water and 1 in Ultra deep water
Spread over Category-I and Category-II Basins
10 Blocks are based on EoI submitted by the bidders and 4 Blocks have been carved out by the DGH
Adopts all features of HELP - reduced royalty rates, no Oil Cess, uniform licensing system, marketing and pricing freedom, Revenue Sharing Model, Exploration rights on all retained area for full contract life etc.

Round 2 closes today 15/052019, they publish ALL the bidders, so it will be scrutinized very closely.

The share price hasn't significantly risen as yet. I monitor the trades and can see the difference, that those who bought in lower is evenly balanced with sells. The market makers have been moving the spread, keeping the share price around this level and suppressing buyers. If there was to be a pump and dump, (I doubt there is but there's always trading) then it hasn't started yet.

The timeline is the same, pre/during Colter drill.

Multiple investment opportunities, being talked about, by multiple entities.

BOD change/ Takeover on the table.

Private funding for project (s).

ADL used as vehicle (plug & play)

Where it differs, is Mexican/Cuban asset and India was specifically mentioned on my side.

There would have to be multiple news, for a IRG twenty bag here! Strangely I'm expecting multiple news to come here.

For a pump and dump, the share would need plenty of liquidity, there's not much liquidity here at the moment, so there's no real case to call it one.
