You'll also see Eagle Gas Ltd, is no longer a dormant company! With the new shareholders input, it's reasonable to think that they are actively seeking projects too!

Brenner, yes the application must have been made (pre-drill) before December last year. The word "Discovery" means that you must be referring to Jonathan Leather's (coo of UOG) comments, which just by his job role definition, is in a position to know exactly what the prospect evaluation is so far. (Against shareholders educated guesses)

Yes they have not given any flow rate information, but it is worth noting that, pre-drill they had evaluated seismic data and came to the conclusion that Colter South structure could have 15mmbls. Now they have drilled, they are saying that the Colter South structure is further north than expected.!!

The licences added in the English channel mean the partnership now provisionally holds acreage covering the entirety of the recently discovered Colter South structure, as well as adding additional discovered resources and low-risk exploration upside in a basin that has been a focus for United for a number of years.

I don't think funding will be much of an issue here IMO

There was no mention of funding, in the RNS, due to it not being required at this moment. (And share price)

I refer to 15th March RNS:
. In addition (to Colter) we are currently reviewing a number of opportunities, which could create significant value for shareholders. We look forward to updating the market in the near future as and when these opportunities develop further.

They are looking at multiple opportunities, not just Colter.

Believe it or not, they are rumoured to have rebuffed a couple of offers from other entities already.

Eagle Gas Ltd, on paper is already privately funded, seeking opportunities as an active company.

If there was to be another placing, it would be reasonable to think it would come after release of additional opportunities, with a higher share price.

The additional blocks (next too or touching) the existing license area, can only be received as positively because of the potential of a far larger discovery becomes apparent.

Andalas Energy and Power Plc, the AIM listed upstream oil and gas and energy company (AIM: ADL), is pleased to announce it has, through its 100% owned subsidiary Resolute Oil & Gas (UK) Limited, entered into an agreement with Corallian Energy Limited ("Corallian") under which it has acquired, via a farm-in, an 8% interest in UK Continental Shelf Licence P1918

Suspect it will be something very similar to this, ( with privately funded investment Hopefully)

As Fatherbrown so kindly pointed out, there's nil liquidity. I very much doubt that 140,990,784 shares have been sold, since BMD came along.

The 44.67% is confusing how they came to that figure. Roughly estimated to be 269,793,554 shares. The latest placing was 222,222,222 shares, also there's Sebastian Marr TR-1 81,698,201 & Optivia TR-1 59,292,583.

603,970,301 shares, not in public hands is 44.67%.

This is your problem, I don't keep banging on about your £50k loss.! I mentioned it once and made one reference to it.!

Just look how many posts you make, (for someone un-invested) you have a clear obsession.

I don't actually dis-credit your scepticism, I don't think it's right and fair, when you and your friends virtually celebrate when the share price drops. All this arguing actually stops other shareholders from commenting, I'm as much to blame for that as you.
