You'll have to do some research, but I'll cryptically point you in the direction of where I'm coming from:
There's a big company and a little company, the big company is heavily invested in a subsidiary of the little company. In April 2016, something is happening with the big company, the big company seems to not want the subsidiary on the books, whilst something is ongoing. When the big company has done all it is required to do, regarding something. It has re-invested in the small company, with a few chess pieces swapped and a lot more backing and a direct link to the market.
