Yes, you beat beat me to it, ADL holds 166666 shares in Eagle Gas, (14.3%) I didn't notice this at first, could it be that they gave partial share slice to accommodate investment company?

RNS is now due regarding Eagle Gas.

No they can still hold 25%, they will have to notify the market of any reduction in share.

I'm still expecting Colter conclusion news (very close now) then other news (Eagle Gas).

Absolutely, nothing has changed, as far as I'm aware, looking forward to the conclusion of Colter and then things will move fast, there after. Placing price of 0.45p, will be the first stop on the way up.

Waiting game now, I don't see the touted placing @0.1 happening at all. I do see, news flow building up and the expected multiple RNS to come.

I said to Doubleup, a few weeks ago, about two months and I stand by that, for news.

There's now been 3 TR-1's (taking positions) in the last 2 weeks, the share price is still 88% below latest placing price of 0.45p. I am expecting placing price to be smashed on news and so is 3 TR-1 holder's.!

So far, it's been a good start to week/new tax year. We are still well below (-109%) the latest placing price of 0.45p. There's been movement behind the scenes and now we wait for news flow to start. (Including the conclusion to Colter analysis)

Looking forward to seeing how this all pans out.

New tax year starts tomorrow, so they'll be fresh money in the system, from next week. Next six weeks should be very interesting here.

Looking at the trade activity, we can rule out another TR-1. BOD change, we kind of got that, still inconclusive. Some posters have already said, that they would need to tidy up/ cut loose current projects, for a clean shell, which I do agree with. They could even announce another project with private funding. I suspect that they have working capital, for the time being. I do think that Colter, still has definite news which will get things moving after it's released.
