When I said they, I meant as a group (all the JV partners). I'm not convinced that ADL will see the whole process through, I think that they are planning other projects and would be looking to move on (for whatever ADL believe is an acceptable offer, if there is an offer made).

Yeah, I'm expecting it to be Colter related news first. On the UOG podcast, they said towards the end of April for conclusion of analysis ( I suspect they are further down the road to cashing in there!)

ADL already have somewhere between £500k - £1.2M in cash, they have got enough cash for a farm in/part of.

Eagle Gas Ltd has 25% share of, even though we know it's now registered around 14.3%, the other shareholders are of high calibre there: Wheal Consulting (Paul Haywood CEO of Block Energy), Primeline International Holdings Inc (Billionaire Victor Hwang's company) Claremont Investment ltd (Hong Kong investment) Alan Soulsby (Red Lion Resources) Chris Irons (Geologist) Eagle Gas Ltd looks like they have assembled a decent team, we're just waiting to see what the projects for that one is too.

Respectfully, there has been the opportunity of time (and still is) for people to have the ability to work towards taking a better position here. After a big loss, I know it's incredibly hard to buy back in, with lots of negativety and derampers compounding the situation. I do expect the people sitting on a considerable loss, to see a complete turnaround. 0.45 is the first target, then multiples of that.

I've read the tweet and I'm still convinced, that there's a multiple projects news flow coming here. I expect the first news to be regarding Colter, I'm inclined to think that evaluation period is well over and it's more to do with the people who wants to tackle the project. ( With ADL looking to cash out ASAP)

There's been a strong rumour, one of the avenues for ADL, is to be used as a vehicle into a new market in India. The bidding,( for blocks or percentage of) should have closed on 12/03/2019 but this has been extended to 15/05/2019. If the rumours are to become factual, then a connection would be made as all bidders names will get released. From there we can make connections, ( Not just too ADL).

It looks to me, like the reduction in holdings RNS, is the result of the 13M placing shares, which went on the market 18/04/2019 same day as the threshold crossed.

India's OALP bid round II & III extended date, is now 15th May 2019

With the launch of Notice Inviting Offer (NIO), bidders can study the data available in National
Data Repository (NDR) and select blocks for the bidding. The bidders would be able to submit
their bids through an online e-bidding portal starting 8
th January 2019 and the bidding round
would continue till 12th March 2019. The blocks are spread across 7 sedimentary basins, 14
blocks are on offer under OALP-II which includes 8 blocks (Onland), 5 blocks (Shallow Water)
and1 block(Ultra-Deep Water). It is expected that OALP Round II would generate immediate
exploration work commitment of around USD 500-600 million.

Mike, my opinion is that ADL, may not get the full potential value, they would want to off load their 8% worth as soon as, possibly even to another part holder. I do believe that all avenues are being discussed as the results (so far) are known.

Mike yes I do agree, I do think that the imminent conclusion to Colter, will be first, as this would tie up any last loose ends.

I'm not trying to make a connection between Eagle Gas limited and Colter other than making a timeline. Looking at things from ADL's perspective.

Simon Gorringe was appointed to the bod of Eagle Gas limited (10/08/2018) his registration was filed 21/04/2019 (same date as registrations on Holywell resources).

I don't know if this means anything, on the latest filed registration of Eagle Gas limited 18/04/2019. It shows the full details of Eagle Gas limited shareholders (on page 2).

oO page 1 of the confirmation statement, it states:

Confirmation statement date: 20/02/2019 ( which would indicate that, all the shareholders were present before Colter results etc)

Yes, you could ask the same questions, over at MXO regarding the Sheikh.

We have to wait and see how it all pans out.

The stock answer, for an RTO, would be to use tax losses and listing would give the ability to raise funds.

We can only speculate, at this time, the possibilities but I believe there's now multiple potential projects, that can now become a reality.

I still see ADL, to become a vehicle for another entity, therefore I still see great value with this share.

We will have to wait to see, as to what they are planning, we can only speculate at this stage. It is clear now that, preparations have been made, for something regarding Eagle Has limited. They have assembled a good team of shareholders, behind the scenes, and with the calibre of Paul Haywood's stock and Mr Victor Hwang's financial clout, it's exciting times ahead here.

This is because the following information is out of date:

Andalas holds 25% of the equity of Eagle Gas limited which wholly owns Holywell Resources limited.

We know this is not the case, because of the following:

1) Mr. Paul Haywood (CEO Block Energy) was registered on 15/03/2019, as a person with significant control, regarding Holywell Resources.To be able to do this, the person must hold more than 25% of shares in the said company.

2) 18/04/2019 Eagle Gas limited registered, a new shareholders list with the amount of shares, being held by each shareholder. Even though Andalas Energy's shares was the original number held (166666) the percentage is nearer to 14.3% and not as stated above number of 25%.

Two of the names of the new shareholders in Eagle Gas, suggests that private funding has been secured, namely :

1) Primeline International Holdings Inc. (wholly owned company of Billionaire Victor Hwang)

2) Claremont Investment ltd ( Hong Kong registered company)
