3wks for Colter info would level up & underpin our share price, what the bod does afterwards is upto them.

RTO, really just depends what they bring to the party as to helping ADL. Fresh start, new management, projects, private funding are just some of a few. For the private company, they could you use , tax losses, cash and have the ability to raise funds etc As a whole it would be a new company. (Sub plot, used as vehicle into a market and if successful, takeover)

It's unclear exactly how much cash ADL has, MCAP though is around how much there possibly is.

Reading all of the RNS, from all four companies regarding Colter, I'm come to the conclusion that ADL will get something positive in returns.

Looking forward to seeing what these returns are.

It's pretty clear that nobody else here, has heard of the India connection or at least they are not willing to share at this time. Which is fine, it doesn't rule in or out the possibility.

Looking towards funding coming here, I see Colter & Badger still has a role to play before/during any other business.

There is definitely a new direction coming, that we can all agree too.

No, I refuse to get drawn into anymore petty arguing.! It's all in my ADL chat history, when I came here, all I knew was the words ADL, Vehicle, & India, were in the same sentence.

Colter news, will be within 3wks now, (ADL will cash in), looking forward to the future, I suspect we'll look back at the timing (and price) of last placing, and regard that as good business.

There's been a lot of activity in the background, that we can all see and we're all waiting for RNS confirmation.

In a Nutshell, the rumour is:

Paul Haywood to RTO Eagle Gas limited through ADL, with Weald consulting limited taking us in a new direction into the India market.

Some/part or all of this looks likely to happen.

Thanks, that's really interesting, because on the same website, it says Holywell Resources has 5 shareholders (which would average 20% each) and Eagle Gas Limited has 1 shareholder (adl holds 5% more than average holywell shareholder)

Following the behind the scenes movement, regarding registrations, it's highly likely that if there was to be RTO, it would be Eagle Gas or Holywell Resources (with private funding)

If the case is, It stemmed from pre-Colter results, it would be a good indicator of more than one project, being looked into/discussed.
