I do have sympathy for shareholders who lose money in shares, but when they continually, de-ramp talk down and show no respect for those invested. (As they have actually put their money where Their mouth is.!) You become a Troll and have no sympathy what so ever , mainly because you haven't yet taken ownership, of the fact that regardless of what companies say or do , it's you that pressed buy.! no one else is to blame for your losses.

Doubleup, that particular question is not trolling, obviously I can't show written confirmation but it came from a good source! The same source that said Eagle Gas Ltd was not dormant, for which you duly mocked at the time.! But was actually true.!!

As an invested shareholder, we can only predict timelines.! The CEO of UOG predicted end of April for Colter.! I only shared his views.! There was an offer put forward and it was expected to be wrapped up within 8wks range.. Simon Gorringe has decided not to accept for some reason.!

There's a poster here from the CEB days, who takes personal delight in the share price dropping (as well as other ex-shareholders) and frankly it's disgusting behaviour towards people who are invested.!

There's a far bigger picture that's emerged through Victor Hwang's company and the resident trolls don't like it.! Past performance has no reflection on the future performance here.! Mainly due to the options that are available and the opportunities that have been rebuffed !

Usually for an RTO, they put a BOD member from the other company on the board, we can tick that box (with Eagle Gas Ltd) Simon Gorringe is on both Boards !

Eagle Gas Ltd, (contrary to out dated research) is NOT anymore a dormant company.

Eagle Gas Ltd, (contrary to out dated research) has assets likely to be £500k -£700k range.

Eagle Gas Ltd, has gone from 2 to 7 shareholders, including the likes of Billionaire Victor Hwang, a Hong Kong investment company and the CEO of Block Energy Paul Haywood.

Don't be fooled (by mainly ex-holder trolls) exiting time's ahead here !!

There's no room for anymore costly errors. Paul Haywood, Alan Soulsby, possibly Hwang himself will become board members before any further placings here. IMO

Firstly, I have read the Eagle Gas Ltd financial statement, there is absolutely nothing to indicate, that it is a dormant company.! Infact quite the opposite it's a micro-company!!!

Secondly, I have given you all the headers and you can find out the answers to all your questions , through your own research.!

His company was invested in Holywell Resources (subsidiary of Eagle Gas) Hwang's company, went into litigation with Chinese authorities, at same time (April 2016) he withdrew his investment in Holywell. Once the litigation part had finished, Hwang's company has now re-invested but this time in Eagle Gas Ltd. (And not the subsidiary) Hwang's company is now awaiting compensation due before the end of the summer. When he re-invested he brought in a Hong Kong investment company too. They have assembled quite a team of shareholders with the predominant theme of Gas exploration and development throughout.

Simon Gorringe, director of Eagle Gas Ltd and also CEO of ADL. He must know the percentage position of ADL has changed, yet there's no ADL RNS confirmation. There must be a reason why?

It's intriguing , that Simon Gorringe, director of Eagle Gas Ltd must know the inner workings and shareholders of Eagle, in particular how this effects the percentage of ADL's position and yet there's no RNS confirmation of this.! They soon say when there's an increase of percentage position.! They are holding back information for a reason.

Yes, the additional £200k is based on how much the 166k shares cost to ADL. New investors bought who in Eagle Gas Ltd have 150k shares between them.

How much do we think the additional technical assessment costs? £20k?

I believe, that two separate entities have already made offers to ADL.

One from a source that I know well, (regarding vehicle to India market) and the other from BMD, (regarding Cuban/Mexican asset).

Whether people believe this to be the case, is now irrelevant anyway.

Through my extensive research, the way forward for this company is clearly, through the dormant Eagle Gas Ltd. This company likely has around £700k (assets) with extra financial backing. Simon Gorringe is reported to have resisted offers from other entities, the reason being, that Simon is fully aware of the goings on with Eagle Gas Ltd as he is a director there also.

ADL owns 166k shares of Eagle Gas and they own 4% of ADL. Whatever that equates too, the new shareholders owns 150k shares between them. That might give you an idea of assets value.

Yes very true, but the more I research the bigger the picture becomes.

India: they will publish the bidders and when they do , we will try and see if there's a connection This may or may not be possible, if there's things like a farm in for instance. It is publicly stated by the Indian authorities, that closing date was put back until May 15th.

Big company: if you bother to research, you'll find that something (which probably is holding everything up) will be resolved before the end of the summer. (Also publicly stated)
