In another firm The CEO would be expected to refuge if he lost $175m in his own bank . There was no such demand here . Why ? Simply put he is considered the best man to run the company . 2, the collapse of the bank happened in war torn Ukraine - other banks fell too - the CEO lost over $200m in the share price collapse I think he feels he paid the price more than anyone .

I really didn't think this would stay up over 80p. Yesterday I posted here that I thought this was worth a minimum of 90p, but today when it hit late 70s I really thought it would fall back to mid 60s. I expected the growth to be slower, then I saw the china pellet price !!!!! even so,!!!!!!!!

not a takeover�. its the price of pellets in China�.gone through the roof�. our price like to there�..the company is now making savage cash, about $50m a month net at this ore price�..

wow, it was holding on 79 and suddenly its gone�..we are over 80 !!!!!! Fantastic�. Lads, I have had a few sore losers this year�by gosh this makes it all up

If pellet prices stayed at todays level for the next 12 months, this company would have operating earnings of $600m in the 12 months starting today�.thats more than its Market Cap. and it only has $750m in debt. ( only he says ). But relative to todays pellet price, BUT this is a big IF �.. analysts all say the price is going to crash�.but clearly someone thinks that's nonsense ...

can't believe this is still rising, I honestly though it would slide back. but hey I'm happy

we seem to have an equal number of buyers and sellers now. It will do well to hold here at 72p today�we may see some retrace back to the mid 60s later. hope I'm wrong.

i was happy just to stay north of 60p this morning �. so whatever happens happens

this couldn't smash 60p no matter how much money was thrown at buys. Today it just rocketed past 70p with little resistance. different days - different ways.

The link is several pages back , but I can tell you it's $62 today in China , we normally have a premium of $31 to add , so that's $93 a ton. Full cost of production is $50 . We should produce 1m ton this month , so $43m profit. Few believe the ore price will hold , so it could be a sweet month,but , it's only a month .

The current buyers are simply buying the commodity as the price of ore hit $62 yesterday . They will sell just as quickly when or if it falls back . So that's the argument for selling now . However , some of us believe in the company itself and its prospects regardless of normal price swings . ... Certainly this ore price rise has arrived at a most needy time here .

I doubt we will see $90 again any time soon, But I also think sub $45 is unlikely. I expect a trade margin of between $48 to $58 to be the annual norm. This will give Ferrexpo a steady cash flow of $300m a year. The lift here is price led but behind the price rise is a company paying down its debt at breakneck speed and pumping our the iron ore at a sweet profit. The low cost model protects the downside. Not ideal the CEO owns 51% of the company but it also keeps his eyes on the prize. hope it keeps rising for all here.
