post, can you please do so asap. The vote closes a week today. Let's get it up to 2 billion.

Agreed. 2 billion for us means the " opposition " need 6 billion.

Laura. The only fund we are aware of is Republic which have just under 2 billion shares. I think we can be certain they will be voting in favour. They have been trying to get more institutional investors for years without success. I suppose there may be some smaller holdings we are unaware of. Can't imagine why any PI who bothered to vote would be in favour.

So that's 702 million against so far.

Just phoned Barclays. Apparently for this type of corporate action they don't do it via the website, only over the phone. A bit of a concern as it means

people aren't actively prompted to vote.

For those voting via their nominee account website. Do you get a notification saying that action is required ? If not it means people have to remember to actively look for corporate actions on a website. In which case many may forget or just not bother.

So the 52 week high is 0.0535. Who would ever have believed that 0.05 would ever seem like the good old days. I remember when it first dropped below 1p and people were saying get in now, you won't see this price again. How right they were but for all the wrong reasons.

Whatever they did to raise cash to keep going could hardly have devastated the sp more than what they actually did.
