Had to look up a tender offer. Sounds like a good option. Seems like they have fixed on buy backs though. I'd be pleasantly amazed if they gave back as much as 90%.

Of course they will have distributal reserves once they receive they cash. Surely they can return it to shareholders in any way they like.

Also, why can't they give us the cash directly via a dividend ? With a buyback even once we know the amount there is no way of calculating what the sp increase will be.

Of course we are entitled to moan. When I enquired about the discrepancy nearly two months ago, I was told the higher number on the website was correct on 30th September 2025. Then when I said I was going to post that there had been an increase it was said that I was twisting their words. Why on earth couldn't they just admit it was a mistake? I also enquired as to why Republic are listed as a major shareholder. No response.

Yes it beggars belief that they still haven't corrected what I assume is a mistake on the website as to the number of shares. Didn't someone say they were going to raise it at the AGM ?

Fair enough Wolf. Personally, I think it's hard to have an opinion. All they've said is a significant amount. Could mean anything. I think most LTHs would have preferred them to wind the company up and distribute the cash. Ain't gonna happen of course.

Wolf. Nobody can answer what it will go to. It depends entirely on how much of the £10 million to come they decide to give back to us. About which none of us has a clue.

I guess it's going up because of people loading up in expectation of a substantial rise when the amount of cash return is announced. Good news even for LTH's, like myself, who are well underwater. A higher starting point when the buybacks can only be a good thing. Let's hope the optimism of those taking a punt now is justified.

I did consider buying more but I have averaged down so many times on the last year, thinking it couldn't go lower and every time it did.

I now have 100 million at an average of 0.048.

Even if I had bought another 100 million at 0.007, which I was in no position to do, it would only have come down to around 0.028. Just couldn't risk it.

Tucker. The company has indicated that the return of capital will be via a share buy back scheme rather than a dividend. Even if they were to change their mind any dividend would be paid to all holders on the ex dividend date.

I doubt very much they would make any predictions about the first tranche after what happened last time. In February 2024, a few days after the jv rns, Roland said that GOI approval could be a matter of weeks away. It actually took 6

months.

Not an expert on rules but would have thought it didn't matter how any surplus cash was acquired, they could distribute it as a dividend if they chose.

You are certainly right about the erosion of value.

It's coming up to 2 years since the jv announcement. Around a 95% reduction in value as your figures also show.
