Assuming the vote is no to delisting, he won't resign. He will say that continued listing means he will return less to Investors.

Can't understand why so many are in favour of the sale. They should have done whatever it takes to get enough cash to keep going until those revenues started to roll in. Whatever they had done, couldn't have devastated the sp as much as the potential delisting.

Rossannan. Agreed. I was thinking at least 2 billion. So, yes the other side would need 6 billion.

They will have 2 billion from Republic. Let's hope they can't find another 4 billion.

Crusty. Can't agree with that at all. SP Angel have only been on board since June this year. The gross mismanagement has been going on for years.

Voting closes tomorrow. Of votes that we know about, we have 1.7 billion shares voted against delisting. That means those in favour need at least

5.1 billion. Can any who haven't added their votes against to the total please do so.

Simply don't understand how any LTH can be positive in light of the way events have unfolded over the last few years. Down 95% since the jv was rns'd. Down 87% in the last year. Down 60% since the delisting was proposed.

How anyone can have faith in the management beggars belief. A master class in incompetence.

If Espen snd Callum are voting in favour of delisting, there are bound to be others, so I am no longer confident the resolution will be defeated.

Did wonder if Espen meant sajad, but then wondered why/how he would be advising Espen.

Especially, as sajad voted against delisting whereas Espen says he has voted for.

It's obvious to everyone that the best deal would be to distribute all the sale proceeds to shareholders and wind the company up. It's also obvious that it ain't going to happen, so what's the point. LTHs have been royally screwed over by management who don't give a flying f*ck. How they've got the gall to spout sh*te about creating value for shareholders beggars belief.

We now have 1700 million or 1.7 billion shares, that we know about, voted against delisting. If you haven't already, please add yours to the total.
