After seeing the last few TR1's ...it appears any buys are taken from the Peel Hunt holding........sadly manipulation at its finest and stinks desperation.

Peel Hunt obviously like this company otherwise why invest such a large chunk of cash ? .....good indication that something positive should be incoming soon.

Interesting they have acquired 14% ...........I remember with PPP when they done this and the SP went up 10 fold.

Maybe a letter to FCA perhaps? We were given no pre-warning of a suspension , and advised we would be kept informed on timescales. This situation should be highlighted as I'm concerned of this behaviour. It wasn't what I expected from someone who ramped this to get us locked in.

Fully funded, cash coming in vis sale of mineral sands, diamonds on the horizon and ~ $11M payout being collected. Surely this has to be an AIM gem.

If you covered every environment impact, they would still find something.....danger to the local worm community etc etc ...........roll on the other projects

Both companies are the same ( TYM & this pile of XXXX) The last 12 months alone both are 76% down. Thinks AIM is a charity shop for his family and friends.

Just and observation - why did you then sell 15 min later at a loss ?

I see the begging bowl is out again at all time lows for both TYM & SERS after years of placings and BS...................and then has the cheek to take the money and dilute the SP again in a few weeks to buy himself more shares and pay himself a well deserved salary for delivering sfa.

I'm not sure what to call it ....all I know is that there was very little warning of the suspension, and no idea of relisting when it was highlighted that timescales would be given. After months of nothing , we have been left guessing . A simple update would calm investors.

I'm starting to think we have been scammed. I was supportive of JB , but to not even update us on timings does not give me much confidence in him anymore. Its a simple task at the least.

Maybe AIM is selling , and the bod know this , so its better to let them get rid at a lower price as you churn more shares perhaps. Then they will step in with good news to raise the SP for the next loan pay-off . Just a thought ? TBH it could be anything but seems very odd that they have gone so silent.

Just note that "The Company's cash balance at 30 June 2024 was USD 1.93 million then they had a raise shortly after.

I agree and it was previously disclosed in an RNS that "PetroChina is responsible for processing, transport and export of the crude to the buyers in China" . Note the word "export" that they are responsible for .

They have the knowledge of export taxes / import taxes etc etc. This is their bread and butter and have huge experience and should have a good understanding of this.

They should not be asking the supplier to clarify what they should already know , especially after "months" of sales agreements and discussions. Tax , VAT, customs , royalties etc are central to any sales agreements in oil and gas. It makes or breaks a company especially with crude at now ~$60

For MB to then suggest PC don't know the details of tax etc in the sales agreement is pure comedy after months of negotiations.

I have emailed PC to request clarification , and asked them to comment on why payments are being withheld that has caused a 30% crash a companies SP, lost investors a lot of money, and it being implied that they do not understand tax regimes in an area of their operations after months of discussions.

That RNS, being comedy gold , does not bode well on both PC and MATD if they cant get the "basics right". What would the local government also think if the 2 oil producers cant agree on these basic principles after months of negotiations. I'll let you know if PC do respond.

.....a massive oil company with expert commercial , tax customs knowledge worldwide. They are the main and major operator in that region.

For this comedy CEO to mention in an RNS that they also don't know local import/export tax and custom rules is a major flag.

By even suggesting payments on unknowns about tax/vat/customs will be negotiated between 2 companies and monies held suggests corruption too. I have never ever heard of a situation where oil has been delivered and after 6-12 months of oils sales agreements being negotiated in detail from meetings after meetings etc etc .....someone then pops up and says .....Oh....what about tax and VAT ..........lol ?

Its the funniest excuse I have heard in years on AIM....I couldn't stop laughing when i read it. He has made himself look like a right thick idiot, but in reality he is a clever con artist.

If I were PC I would tell MATD that unless they retract that statement regarding commercial discussions about tax rules in a territory they are operational, .then legal action will follow. It doesn't make PC look good does it ?

I wonder if they have seen this RNS of them being mentioned as not knowing also about tax vat rules etc in a region they have major operations.

In reality, I think this is just a tease to a raise , ie ....look at poor me being held payments by PC so I need more money until its resolved.....gla

This SP was 47 p less than 2 years ago........and the R&D I think has finally paid off .....massive potential imo :-)

Is this why the SP is rising ? .Or a deal with NHS ?

This is just lining up a placement. What an excuse to suggest payment hasn't been received.......thinks we are all muppets.
