The Share Capital Information has been put right on my request. At least they are listening. Note the bulk existing warrant holder from IPO are at 3p ......so a lot of upside at current pricing. The lower it goes though the less they can raise in capital due to limits agreed in AGM. Thus its in the Bod's interests to get this price much higher or they are ducking themselves. They may never raise if contracts come in as suggested.

I contacted the company to get some feedback to a few issues and when they get time I hope they will respond. I've been a bit vocal and frustrated but understand that they may be busy. The potential is huge here if they get things lined up......I have offered to help. Imagine the SP if they partnered with a major to address the SME market in the USA/UK. ;-)

Apparently Rory is a director of "Pr10r1ty Intelligence Group" ......as well as "Priority" being mentioned several times as the company name.

Message to the BoD: Your promoting and developing AI, Crypto and Data toolsets for the hugely intelligent SME market. Your a public listed company on the LSE, thus can you at least get your ducking company name right in company presentations !

Sadly this was a clear breach of rules of trading on the LSE, at the greed of directors and ex directors to line their own pockets at the expense of retail.

AF/iP - No response is not appropriate. Their actions ducked the SP and retail confidence that directors were calling the narrative and flipping shares for their own greed..at the retail investors expense. Retails investors lost £££, albeit on paper however PR1 have not done anything to rectify this. Its corruption as they agreed to a set of rules. I will take the matter up with the FCA and point out that they have a duty to protect investors from this type of abuse.

Its been nearly 3 months since we had an update regarding PRIM breaching the rules they agreed to on the AIM stock market. It has clearly had an adverse affect on the SP and if they are allowed to get away with this, others will do the same. As a retail investor I had every confidence in PR1 resolving this matter during their first year as a public company. It does not take nearly 3 months to see that the PRIM action was incorrect ( its obvious) and for a response or update from PR1 regarding any legal actions that they my take. They appear to simply want to wash this under the carpet which is not right. The last update on this was the they were expecting a response from PRIM regarding this action. Have they received that and what is the next steps. PR1 should remind themselves that they are a public company with responsibilities to all shareholders, and if a rule has been broken then those should be held to account. They cannot give me a proper response to the incorrect shareholding values displayed on their website, where it is obvious something is not right. Do you want me to make formal complaints to the FCA and will other shareholders who have suffered due to the SP collapse from PRIM agree with this action?

IR responded to a couple of questions. The spat with PRIM so far has nothing to report. The incorrect holding report on the website is being looked into as the companies associated with ex-ceo magically increased by ~7M shares without a declaration or announcement. They advised that "Sports Media Ventures has not acquired an additional 7m shares, nor disposed of any since IPO" however PR1 are looking into it.

As most of the shares from IPO were issued @ 2.5p, 4p and 13.5p to directors & investors ... I feel its a good time for pi's to buy, to be on an equal par so speaking or average down if you can.

Just a thought before the CEO delivers good news which I hope will help recover this to the IPO levels pf 13.5p . My exit target is above that based upon the potential here. GLA

Shortly after the crypto man and BS started to arrive .....£2M investment etc etc.. which raised the SP and then it was sold into daily. .........so who is this professional crypt investor and has been selling down at a huge margin I wonder ....??
