The number of additional issued shares on the 15th May ( 75M) were then updated as the total of 311M on LSE . This also determined the MC but the SP remained fairly flat ~ 20 p. Because these shares were "issued" could they have been traded in any way and the proceeds from some of them just not received? If they cancel 50M of them then surely the issued total should have been updated on LSE? Surely cancelling these shares would have had a positive movement on the SP similar to buying them back and cancelling them? I'm a bit confused why LSE still lists them as issued or is this just an admin error? All seems a bit odd that 75M shares were issued before payments were made.

With 2 companies now suspended, it leaves one (Shuka) to flip his GMI shares. If that isn't bought into this will be back sooner than you can blink...dyor. :-)

Interesting their is a seller still in the background....similar situation to Marula when JB invested recently , the SP tanked shortly after due to block sales. One the Shuka website it does not state that GMI is the 2nd largest shareholder? ...just an observation.

Sadly I'm beginning to realise JB is not all there in the head.

There are 20M PSA tests done in US each year. These are cheap tests. Their is clearly a market for the OBD test but the volumes are low due to the cost of the test. If OBD can get the cost down and produce the test at far less than today, this would fly..imo.

They raised $8.2M over the 11 months, with $1.4M left. That's a burn rate of 600K per month.

They will need more cash soon and at what price ?

It was mentioned in this matter that Marula Mining owned 45% of Takela Mining Tanzania? ...........I thought it was only a 75% commercial arrangement ?

It seems OBD have a great product , but I feel the marketing and cost is not quite right. Make it simple to understand instead of the % claims.....by suggesting " nearly twice more accurate than current PSA tests" and make the cost model volume based to attract a national screening programme. The cost of the kit imo is restricting it to a private health market. ......just a thought.

With the flurry of RNS's , its seems a pump by JB......to perhaps sell down before suspension. Don't trust the guy anymore after months of nothing on NEO regarding relisting and past history.... gla.

This reminds me of Neo sadly....positive RNS's to keep the SP intact , then suspension without notice. Has he confirmed the accounts will be ready or not ?

I think its pretty concerning that he has not bothered with SH. We were not given any warning of a suspension until the actual day , and even then the RNS was wrong.

Not sure what's going on tbh , but they have been reducing over past couple of days......?
