Hi , PRIM sold down a few months ago during a lock-in period for an unknown reason. It didn't do the SP much good, and LTH's suffered because of it. Its mostly forgotten now and its a good time to buy with hopefully a lot of good news on the horizon. GL !

Hi Manifesto/AF/iP - I'm with you that the new BoD needs time to get this moving so hopefully he can get this back to at least 10p + It should def not be 4.5MC.

FYI- - Compare the number of shares held by one of the ex's shell companies on IPO from the prospectus (SMV).......to after the very discounted June raise. ( No TR1's etc despite thresholds breached) ....I'll ask the BoD to clarify.

With JS arse booted out from insider dealing, the new CEO should hopefully bring this back into play and deliver. I'm waiting on the lightning network investment results, contract wins etc etc which should see this SP recover.

Madness - The 500K daily sellers is most likely the old guard/directors who invested/given at 0.25/0.5 I think, taking their profits. No TR1's so nobody knows how many they have left. I'm with BT too......the CEO has no credibility after making investment claims and not following through. Bit naughty TBH and should come clean.

SME market is worth billions if they can get there PR and marketing right. First to market is key and at the moment this is just a start.

BT - I think you were right. The £2m is BS and I think he is trying to get it via a raise/prospectus submitted instead of his own pockets.

Anyway as soon as I can sell ( NT) I'm out.......GLA but this is turning out to be a CEO filling his own pockets again with BS.

You have to make your own decisions .....but with JS out now and the new bod wanting to grow this with god AI tech , it could turn out to be a very rewarding investment

Now that J Shorter has been given the boot..................this should be at least 20p+ under the new CEO .

I have written to the company again and asked for an update. They promote a tool that provides SME companies with the ability to update investors and customers with more meaningful business performance information. We need them to use that tool they developed to update us.

I suggest others write too.

Suggest we write to the new BoD for an explanation ....and ask for no generic BS .

I bought some here as I believe the team at PR1 are doing good things so hopefully the next RNS will rocket this. PR1 are going places within the SME AI and crypto market. I wouldn't be surprised if this company was bought out as the tech appears to be very good addition for the majors.......imo

In July they said ....."All work relating to the Company's South African subsidiaries was completed earlier this year. In addition, the Company's finance teams and its advisors in London have finalised work on the audit process in the UK."

Now they are saying its still not done. Its BS
