One interesting statement within THG results is below. JR has said they will have access to merchants who use the ingenuity platform. It is reasonable to assume that the majority of merchants with ingenuity have a UK business. The number of website orders and therefore, websites offering the MODE payment option is increasing.

Yes, but we really need more merchants going live. I do not know why it is taking so long to get the next big merchant announcement out there or the shopify app launch. Not a good sign IMO.

I think the market cap works out at as £2100 per customer. I think that is a bit crazy but as a wise user myself, i probably pay about £25 a month in fees as a frequent user transferring money internationally.

I think it could double in 5 years time. Could be a buying opportunity. Worth noting though more and more people are shifting money into crypto rather than stocks.

I disagree. More like this.

1) BIG new merchant announcement which may include shopify install tools for SME launch.
2) Ethereum coin added.
3) Expansion of product offering ie subscriptions for retail customers and Mode Business products or insurance products.
4) EU Subsidiary announcement and the notification of filing for an EMI and AMLD5 in EU. (12 month process).
5) Partnership announcement where MODE leverages tech and/or customers of another payment business such as SAGE accounting or Paypoint.
6)SPAC Investment.

Amazing and the SP is still stuck. Needs a few weeks still.....because of all of the activity in the business. A bit of a cash burn going on and some liquidity in the shares.

It is VISA and MASTERCARD who are being trod on, plus the issue of semi conductor availability to make a card. MODE still needs time but we could do with the shopify roll out and ethereum roll out this year to keep us tredding water. In store payments next year as well as subscriptions. Alot to look forward to but in the meantime we are in the dog house.

Maybe, but we have heard this before. MODE is also not a BTC play, when JR chooses it not to be and it is a BTC play when JR chooses it to be. Take your pick with this management team.

The market globally has lost liquidity because of crypto. People want to at least look at investing in that alongside shares. A takeover will happen i think. So many entrants in this space.
