Jj Carter has more apparent legitimacy than most on here, didnt he post the pictures of the letters from frr's lawyers saying the Georgian government had no case to cancel the psa? That would indicate some proximity to the business non of us have. (that's if I remember correctly)
Assuming true, could him leaving have anything to do with the also recent discovery documents and evading the depositions requests?

I don't think there is any predictions made over the duration of this farce that have been correct yet. Luckily that includes frr being done and dusted and sadly our 20billion deal, which just shows how little of picture we have actually known.

I think a lot of people are feeling justifiably uneasy and annoyed about shareholders not being acknowledge by Zaza at any point. Which also leaves people with the worry of if FRR have a future in some form, will we still be part of it?
I am of the opinion he will not engage with us until there is something concretely positive to tell us. That was probably his plan initially but due to the 700 can kicks down the road it's now got way out of hand.
Any form of communication would go a long way, even if it is just a statement regurgitating the same facts we already know, addressed to us as shareholders.

I mean that video with the cprs will have been made quite a while before it was released. His talking points may have changed since then. Let's hope they're seriously round the table at this point as for the GG, this is very bad PR which will drag its heels all the way through to election day. They still have time to turn this around into some sort of 'Georgian dream success story' as a shareholder I just want my money safe, returned preferably in profit but as a moral point of view GD get kicked out still too even if they make a favorable deal with FRR

I assume the various forms of financing we've caught wind of would clear up that little problem. PSA extention is probably the primary concern for getting all the ducks to line up, as well as establishing conditions which prevent frr being backstabbed and stifled by GG. Zaza has stated that the conditions are not favorable for futher investment, which is perfectly apparent.

The Georgian government definitely trying to get the last dig in against the company publically. Will Zaza be able to resist coming out wind milling in the media again or let sleeping dogs lie.
I also don't think that Zaza will communicate with us with the ongoing court cases at present until he has something tangible and positive to announce.

I personally have not read the document but also like many on here suggest, if it's origin is a digital format, then it would not be hard to alter it for whatever means you wish. I seem to remember a valuation in there of 1 Billion. If someone had removed the 'B' and put 'Tr' would you still believe the whole document was legit? how about from 10 billion to 1? how about a no to a yes, 1 sentence here or there? you have no idea without seeing the original document from a legitimate source what has or hasn't been changed, what appendices or supporting documentation may have been left off. The best lies are the ones wrapped in truths after all.
If the motive wasn't for the document to be leaked to the media to forward the GG narrative, then what was it? It never happened. Shareholders are still in the same position. GG are now in the a worse position by all accounts. This 'damning' document still hasn't raised it's head elsewhere. The GG have stopped referencing it. Why did this person disappear into the ether without explanation?
The document could very well be legitimate but the current actions of GG don''t support that A: it is or B: that it supports our laymen interpretation of the document as we see it.
FRR are still towing the same spiel about it. The GG are not.

Why do I feel like something along these lines is being purposefully missed out by GG.

Given the back and forth has been relatively quiet for a week or so, people on here had already speculated that they may have begun talks. The talks may be legit, whether or not the outcome will be favorable or the GG's intentions honest, is yet to be seen. If they are a farce I'm sure it won't be long till Zaza is doing the rounds on TV again with some bad PR for the GG.
