That is also my concern, that they are trying to side step any accountability for saying anything official that can be used against them by shareholders. I know everything is up in the air with many court cases but the fact they will not comit to the simplist of official statements to shareholders directly, gets my conspiratorial shareholder betrayal hackles up, in the event frr functionally comes out of the other side of all this.

Unless the 'super majors' were there for months trying to figure out how to maximise our discovered 5bopd, with their multistage well campaign. Given Zazas recent revelations in the past few months that could of all been porkies but even those would of been quite braisen for him combined with the RNSs. Doubt Steve would of gone along with those blatant lies and they would of been brought up by now against Zaza if that was the case.

Whether or not it is true - obviously i dont know. If it is, maybe he is hoping this "ill take you down with me" approach will get him some bartering leverage with Steve.

Steves been had hook line and sinker by Zaza and his family leeching on him, his goodwill and trusting nature and worse, us by proxy. Like those indian scammers that rob old pensioners over the phone. Usually i remain a bit more balanced and am more reserved until both sides of the story are offered up to make judgement like mole advised but this is pretty damning evidence.

I think people were more concerned that any part of it could of been edited to suit whatever agenda and with no access to the master copy you could not know for certain the information was all legit.

'most' people don't want to rock the boat they just want the transparency of the company and situation to increase from 0% to 1% for shareholders after several years of stress, patience and silence. I don't want updates of every minutiae within the company, a simple public acknowledgement would be a good start with an outline of the long term strategy going forward working on the assumption the job isn't f**ked. I understand that from their side if they had been feeding us information of that nature from the start it would of truly been jam tomorrow for 2 years+ with a lot more anger on here at the constant failings due to this having more twists and turns than a snake with an itch.

Welloiled, while I can't quote the evidence or date for what I'm about to say, If my memory serves me correctly Green capital LLC were mentioned prior to this date as a source for a loan in the region of 150/160 million which we presumed had fallen through. The BoD may not have known about this latest 'transaction' but they must of known about Green capital. It probably doesn't affect your speculation but GC have been knocking about for a while
