Tough luck tsbs, we're off to Moldova after that to fight the Moldovan government and Ukraine if we're lucky
I don't believe anyone would put that much effort and time, researching a delisted company to develop that depth of knowledge 'for sport'
I'm lost too....why all this fuss in the media? Did FRR shift it's share in a specific part of block 12 (the oil or gas) to another company leaving the arbitration to be about whatever FRR had left after that fact and that is why we are still fighting with the Georgian government? I seem to recall Zaza saying shift the gas and keep the oil. Sorry if this is very far from the mark....
I had a reasonable investment in FRR initially then sold the majority of my GGP to buy into FRR after 'that' shareholder meeting to make a quick buck and the reinvest back into GGP..... Don't worry you aren't the only one who watches GGP bitterly lol. I still have a small holding in GGP but it is 1/20th of the size after i had to sell some at 2p too.
Fingers crossed for FRR!
Has that died a death now? Any of the Contributes had any futher contact, Gipps and Shatner if I remember?
They may have blocked you by the sounds of it..
Like looed posted, the parties have 30 days to contact the abitration panel for clarification of the outcomes. That would be the best way of confirming whether the Georgian government are acting correctly/incorrectly by publishing their response to questions about the legitimacy of contract cancellations, breaches etc. Unless that would also be lumped under the publishing abitration verdict?
I must of missed that, where did you see that squashman?
Perhaps like alluded to the covid 19 situation and the price of oil have made the GG renege on previous arrangements and they're now trying to swipe the asset or twist frr's arm into something more favorable.
I suspect the contributers might get a heads up before it is published, unless the poor journalist has also accidentally fallen out of a window like those 3 Russian doctors recently
Frr's counter point seems to be the Georgian government tried to persue termination of the contract based on the breaches in the abitration but were unsuccessful. If this is true, presumably if they both agreed to abide by the ruling and it was binding they can't just strole out and then terminate the contract anyway regardless. Frr must have a leg left to stand on, to dispute it on this basis shirely
I have a pretty high expectation of this up coming interview. May even involve some direct questions about shareholders since he was interviewed after members off here were.
I'm sure there will be plenty to pick apart!
It's looks exactly the same to me...
Looed please don't stop posting your findings, you are one of the more useful characters on here. You are right to feel peeved all the hours searching you do, for people to be happy to take and not give back when they can. Just childish selfishness.
Wasn't all this bypassed by conducting the transfer of the asset during the delay In starting the liquidation I seem to remember? Or something along the lines of that reasoning...
So in more simple terms possible the 1% is with FFRUS and FRR Georgia with the 99% is having it's contract for block 12 terminated by the Georgian government?
How long before we hear about the next new court case disputing termination? Is this a power play to make frr bend the knee to GG's mediation demands - whatever those maybe....will this actually be concluded in 3 months time - doubtful!
Another article, don't know if anyone has access/posted before https://www.law360.com/internationalarbitration/articles/1266828/georgia-s-oil-co-prevails-in-contract-fight-with-frontera
Guessing with recent events he was getting bombarded and since hasn't been paid all this time, I doubt he wants frr shareholder's emails diluting his paying companies ones.
Yes, what was the origin of this letter? It's a different format from the previous dolphin one I remember and it also doesn't include 'press release'.
How did he obtain it? Is he in direct communication with FRR?
At this current moment in time I think most of the board would be happy with 1p a share
