If we get what we would consider a successful outcome in the arbitration and even if the arbitration says to the Georgian government sod off entirely. The GG can still turn round afterwards and say you only have 7 years left (or was it 5 I can't remember) on the PSA? Zaza stated getting that extension was fairly integral to getting a large investment. This would give the GG good leverage against FRR in any kind of settlement prior to the arbitration decision and possibly why the talks broke down. GG could wait for a possible 'win' in arbitration and then if that fails still have the extension negotiation to fall back on afterwards to twist FRR's arm into something more favourable for them?

Well the figures from the previously released frr statement seem to be echo'd in the loose translation of the video so far. So i think this propoganda theory can die off now. Whether or not the figures are 100% accurate we don't known. Appreciate the translation efforts.

Is it possible for FRR and the GG to come to some sort of agreement before the official abitration decision still? Meaning the political meetings might not be pointless. I must admit things don't seem to be pointing in that direction but who knows

Even a 1p dividend would prevent a large sell off come a potential relist. Many shareholders would be in a decent profit with a free carry on their whole holding. Presuming a relist is supported by good future prospects jv etc etc. Although on a relist i'd imagine everyone trying to shimmey some of their holding back into their investment ISAs but lets not get ahead of ourselves!

The FRR statement seems to be coming from a place of confidence, with no low ball accusations to discredit the GG, damage control making excuses for not paying the staff or hyperbole to big up the company. Feeling pretty upbeat about FRR surviving this and us as shareholders benefiting at some point.

We can all point out the futility and take a nhilisitic view point, like the futility of posting news articles on here ultimately not going to change anything so why do it (that is not to be interpreted from me as stop posting them)
