Some on here are scathing of the lack of real upwards movement on the share price, but it will come!

Years ago at a family wedding, I got intrigued by a Grandfather holding court with his tired, bored grandchildren at the late night end of proceedings. There were balloons decorating the tables, which he dispatched the kids to gather in to him!

The balloons (presumably helium) were weighted down with porcelain decorations. One by one, he untied the balloons from their weights, and tied them to the one on his own table, with the kids looking on curiously! And then, as if by magic, after about six or seven balloons were attached, up they went to the ceiling, weight and all!

Kids were amazed, and wide awake, and Grandpa thought to himself “there was a reason for being here after all “

That will be our HE1 as all the news gets added on this next month!

Their SP is bobbing about almost double what it was a month ago!

Surrounding Prospecting Licences to HE1's ML (to be granted on acceptance of terms of offer), consist of others belonging to HE1, Kiduna (TZ) Limited, Pemba Oil & Gas Company Limited, and the Mining Commission. There doesn't appear to be any on-going activity reported in any of these areas, so it might be that they might become available to HE1 for progression if our ML gets up and running, with partners/funding! Especially the Mining Commission area, which we could run for the TG

& could end up as the Developer of Preference! Think this whole thing is bigger than what we are privy to at the moment!

Also think that Noble Helium are in the 2nd Division now as regards position of influence with the TG

The bigger picture will start to become clearer this Month! RNS on Friday for response to the Offer ?, followed by ASX Release on Sunday night with results for Jackson31 ? - all good going forward!

Jackson 4 has previously proven gas results, so this will be a drill to set up the production well. If 31 results come back favourable, then we will have 3 out of the six planned wells as producers, and increasing the chance of a producing field!

I was sceptical due to the late start to proceedings, but with our drilling team on top form, H1 revenues could now be a reality!

I would just like to reiterate that after some email conversations with Trent Spry, Craig Andreatta and his family company are extremely focused, and withe these wells being shallow and relatively straightforward, this is a great opportunity for them to grow their business and increase exposure, as well as for Blue Star and HE1

There is also a small triangular parcel of land due west of the Salt beds, which is now included and is presumably the reason for the modification from 479 Sq.Km to 480 SqKm.

They are approx 3 x 10 hectares for Salt extraction and 1 x 5 hectare which appears to have lapsed

There is a small rectangular block in the southeast area of our ML Area containing 3 live and 1 presumably lapsed licences, which has been added in since yesterday afternoon!

They are now dealing with the fine minutiae concerning the application, which augurs well for a final approval!

The Portal data showing on the 20/02/2025 showed the Licence Area as 479.3977 Square Kilometres, and the modified Area showing today is 480.1853 Square Kilometres

In the application process they are very specific about licence areas being correct, and not overlapping other areas or varying from the original PL Area sizes!
