Agree Cityfile, but you have to factor in the six months since application, which should have been used to prepare the vast majority of the details required to satisfy the expected offer and response!

I have a fairly strong gut feeling that the next news will in fact be the MC announcing that the Licence has been granted, after receiving HE1's response, and on payment of the Licence Preparation Fee! The Licence will then become ACTIVE!

Once that happens, I believe we have to pay first Mining Licence Fee upfront!

We may get an Intraday RNS regarding this, considering DeS is 3 hours ahead of us in UK! When? Soon! Hopefully!

You would have to think that the BOD in the 6 months since the application was submitted, have at least explored what conditions in any Offer might be, are likely to be, and now are factually contained in that Offer! They should have a prepared list of what is acceptable, what would be negotiable, and what is non-negotiable within their own minds, for the company moving forward. Presumably the Lawyers will now have this list of HE1's own acceptable conditions, and will be cross-matching them against the Offer Letter.

There will be differences, some probably quite large, but to progress we will have to put forward counter proposals, or accept what is offered by the Mining Commission and pay the Licence preparation Fee!

And of course there is the likely input of any interested JV partner, Financiers to add in to the response, if they so wish, or demand!

The largest time hurdle may be in setting up the new Tanzanian Operating Company, and its structure and personnel!

As the days and weeks pass, the 2025 "producing Helium in Tanzania" wish gets more difficult to square on the ground!

So it may be some time yet - how long is a piece of string sort of question?

Just for some clarity on payment, the guidelines state that on acceptance by the applicant, a Fee has to be paid to the MC to cover preparation of the ML, and when the Licence is granted and issued, the initial payment for Licence is due i.e. At the start of the Licence period!

Quite an impressive turnaround for a company that had previously done some great groundwork, run out of money, and somehow managed to be rescued with our buy in to Galactica Pegasus

Hopefully the feel good factor and relentless news feed they are generating will start to rub off on HE1
