You have to wonder if the full ML stamped “ACTIVE” is done and dusted, but they are holding it until the details and legalities of the new joint operating company are signed off by both parties!

The offer of ML was made by TG, so presumably when HE1 accepted that offer , paid the Licence preparation Fee and the 1st Year Licence Fee in advance, then the issue of the Licence would be a mere formality?

FS, CPR, Funding and progress Plan must surely be ready and waiting in place, on the formation of the all important new JV operating company?

Need to get a shift on before Trump cuddles up to Putin and gets access to Russia’s Amur Helium Field, as that is not an impossible scenario now!

C’mon TG and HE1 - don’t miss the boat on this! Good fortune to all serious investors!

It may well be that they reduce the number Wells and maximize those they do drill with multi directional drilling!

If they can design the project in such a way that the solution comes to them?

Less set up costs, better economy of scale at each well with potentially larger uplift pumps to increase the recovery!

Hopefully the current silence on Rukwa indicates they are working on a Solution (no pun intended).

Would be good if they/Blue Star announce drilling costs were well within budget, which seems very possible, and they divulge the route to piping the gas to the processing plant! Each snippet of positive news will take us closer to the turning point 😉

Probably the biggest turnaround in this company’s history! In the April, HE1 announced an agreement along with Noble to contract a rig from a Tunisian driller SOFORI to do the drills in Rukwa and Mbele! Roll on to 7th July and HE1 put out an RNS stating that they were taking legal advice regarding the SOFORI situation, due to SOFORI inaction in progressing the situation, and that they were looking at the Marriot Drill possibility from the UK along with Noble! The SP dropped from around 7p down to 5p at end of that day.

Roll on Monday morning 10th July, and an RNS lands stating we had bought the Predator Rig and were shipping it from Kenya to Tai! On the back of that SP jumped to 10p We were all gobsmacked at the turnaround over one weekend!

Have a feeling that this weekend could produce similar transformation into next week!

Beginning of next week we will have news on State Well 9 Spud which will conclude the Galactica drilling programme!

4 years on Monday since we got the news that we were all systems go to drill in Rukwa - could this be the week of transformation 4 years on 🤔

I am away in the Wild West of the Scottish Highlands at the moment, so poor access to internet!

Does anyone have the ability to look on the MoM Cadastre Portal? Last time I looked was when the Map was showing “Pending” before the offer, and was updated to show “Approved “ prior to the HE1 RNS being released! It may well be updated to “Active” before we get the News - get looking folks 👀
