Interesting point, I just decided to look back to our ML/01132/2025 application which was put up on the Portal and dated 20/02/2025, and today it is showing as application dated 27/02/2025

So I presume it must be a rolling date in play, and has probably been updated daily since 17/09/2024

Will look again tomorrow to see if the date has changed again!

The Licensing seems to be all over the place , don't know if its money, size of project, location, or potential value of the resource, but it does prove that from Shanta's application appearing on the portal, it took less than 6 weeks to become ACTIVE!
