There is always and always will be illegal trading based on insider information. I can imagine many medics piling in who perhaps are not even aware they may fall under insider trading law. But this recent rally seems to be bigger than that. It was AFTER the CEO resigned. A CEO, which on the face of it had achieved ALOT during the last 11 months. Mainly GDR were saved from bankrupcy under his watch. Can't get better than that.

What if Peel Hunt did the buying (after selling above 4p) on the condition Mr cheek left? They would only need a TR1 if they broke 10%.

This was not a pump and dump, someone really wanted alot of shares. I'm thinking an ii is building a position and did so only on the condition that MR Cheek left. My feeling is that the next RNS will be one where Dr Miele and directors announce they've purchased a significant number of shares, again.

Indeed 12p, 4x yesterday close price and valuing GDR at 80M is a fair price (and pocket money for someone like Elon Musk).

Miele has been working for GDR for 11 years... unless his sales talents have been held back by Dr GIlhams, Mr Budds and Mr Cheeks incompetence then the future will be more of the same.

BUT...... That said, I do believe Dr gilham and Mr budd and perhaps Mr Cheek were all carried by Dr Miele all those years. Dr Miele can't be faulted for the products he's produced within the timelines given. Dr Gilham should leave and Mr Miele should become chairman.

I believe a strange departure requires a very unexpected reason. It reflects badly on both Mr Cheek and GDR.

Perhaps Mr Cheeks leving had nothing to do with GDR. there are so many possibilities GDR owes its shareholders to explain WHY Mr Cheek would leave after saving the company from bankrupcy with a very successful placement and then doubling the SP within 1 month. Shareholder should demand the BOD for an explanation regarding the departure of the CEO .
