It's certainly not as rosy as you make out and the sp reflects this.

The bottom line with GDR is the SP will always trickle south as the amount of money in the bank is reduced by approximately 21k per working day (possibly alot more 600k per month cashburn was forecast next year but i wonder what the cashburn is expected to become after the breakthrouh program RNS and NICE full approval) . The trickle south is only punctuated by positive RNSes. I feel its impossible to predict the content of the next RNS nevermind when it will be published.

Mr carrots bought back in at 3.2p and as such returned to shamelessly ramping GDR with rns' 9 months old because the sp fell below his buy in price. He should be banned.

Your logic is so flawed I'm shocked, Mr Mikodx. The drawdowns would've only lasted until september and placement was needed, GDR had said so. GDR couldn't even assume drawdowns could continue, they needed RF's agreement. Things were so bad that in November 2023 the CFO warned that GDR will not be able to continue as an ongoing concern beyond 24Q1 . If anything Mr Cheek or Mr Shaw the CFO ensured the drawdowns continued until a better alternative was found.

The monthly cashburn has increased too and there are still no sales. In case you haven't realized but if sales are not forthcoming in significant quantities this year then another placement will be required in 2025.

The clinician will decide, but the cliniucan will have not have to decide if the hospital doesn't possess the GDR kit in teh first place.

Mr Jazim.77 Excellent post about directors shareholdings of their own company. The questions are answered by their salary/holdings ratio , as you summarize. The conclusion is that none of them believe in their own abilities very much at all, noteably Dr Gilham who has been the chairman for a very long time yet holds next to nothing compared to retail investors.

I'd say the exception is Dr Miele who doesn't need shares to show he believes in his products and as spent 11 years working his way up through GDR. Dr gilham needs to go.

Mr Budd was a joke yet he stayed for years and was awarded huge bonuses on zero sales. Mr Cheek was in the role for 11 months and presided over the best RNS's GDR have had ever and he's asked to resign. Its very odd. But if Dr Miele has been doing the work of a CEO for the last 5 years, which we suspect, then it's great that he's now CEO. But Dr Gilham should go.

Dr Gilham seems the biggest problem then. AS I posted yesterday, Dr Miele could confirm that he's carrying the BOD almost single-handedly. No doubt the CFO is doing a great job too though.
