If so, then surely investors shoudl be told how GDR is short for Gino's Dazzingly Research ?

It's important for shareholders to know this. July's RNSes were the best RNSes in a very long time and this is reflected int he currnt SP of 3p, when in june it was half this. So why did this successful CEO leave?!? It make no sense whatsoever and shareholders deserve answers.

WHy would GDR agree to the CEO leaving BEFORE announcing a takeover? Makes no sense whatsoever to cause investor insecurity for the sake of it. As such , the CEO leaving has nothing to do with a takeover. WE may never know the true reason.

Imagine if the truth was because GDR have made zero sales since december and what that would do to the SP if it was announced.

CEO's are obviously hired by GDR simply to SELL and have very little to show for their remuneration.

Mr Cheek leaving after such a short time as CEO reflects very badly on GDR , there is no doubt about that. Especially since Mr Cheek did such an incredible job in preventing the company from going bust by finding another source of funding. That and the FDA breakthrough program . Obviously the chairman and boss Mr Gillingham expected sales (eg AIHL) and hasn't had any . The chairman is obviously as annoyed as the rest of us.

Based i these amsers I think hospitals will speak to gdr only if gdr requests an appointment to talk to them about their kit.. I doubt very much hospitals will be picking up the phone and calling GDR.
