It's incredibly that some investors aren't even aware of what their company's products actually do. I guess they invest based on rampy comments on LSE.

Intuition, common sense (or as charlie munger wittily put it, uncommon-sense) and charts are the safe ways to evaluate this negative-growth stock. The only ii with a significant interest in this stock holds a short position and has done from many years, much to their profit.

Perhaps Mr Stocksaid owns a lab-testing company and is interested in buying GDR outright, and sacking all the directors.

Really good question since NICE approval report effectively shot POC testing in the foot.

I disagree because GDR directors have form in buying GDR shares simply to prop up the SP. Fundraising for GDR is tradition, like Christmas or easter. Yet unlike Christmas, a fund raise needs a healthy share price to avoid PI's voting against the overpaid directors and ousting them. CFO escaped redundancy in 2024 but I'd be worried for my position at the end of 2025, if I was him.

FACT: GDR sells their products incredibly well to prospective shareholders (PI's not II's), but fails to sell their products in significant numbers to actual customers, at least so far in any case.

The NICE article suggesting POC testing doesn't improve outcomes any more than lab-testing appears to make a mockery of the 3 hour effective treatment window for stroke victims. Perhaps its because patients will receive all different types of medicine until the genetic results are given upon which only the most effective medicine will continue to be prescribed?

The NICE article and the points you've highlighted is damning. Makes you wonder why manchester hospitals are bothering at all with GDR. Or perhaps they see something that NICE have not seen, simply because the clinician involved in writing the report were not directly involved testing GDR POC test at the hospitals in manchester. Either way the NICE guidance is leading.

You've shared two good arguments for having a POC test instead of a lab test! As such, I see 3 things that GDR sales team and development team needs to get across to hospital trusts in order to steal customers from the lab testing companies.

1. Improved patient outcome - The benefits of POC result with 30 mins instead of up to 1 week.

2. Ease of use - The benefits of not having to have a specialist on the ward to do the logistics of sending samples to a lab and receiving the result a week later.

3. Time saver for the health care professional - This is probably the most attractive metric for an NHS trust imo eg simple and automatic integration of poc kit result with NHS IT systems
