Since the dilution in May @ 1.5p, GDR has never enjoyed such a stable SP imo. That said another dilution is inevitable and a best case scenario, hence the "on-going concern" sentence by the CFO.

At what price does this forum believe the dilution will be set and when do you think it will be announced?

Isn't that link confirmation that lab testing has started, which has preference over GDR's PoC testing?

I assume that means Peel Hunt managed to sell all the shares they bought as part of the fund raise.

OMG GDR have paid 205k to Mr Budd in 2024!!! perhaps this is why they had to get rid of Mr Cheek, they can't afford to pay for two CEOs . I wonder whether this was planned?

Or perhaps Mr Cheeks departure was performance related ie he received no bonus (Mr Budd did?!?) due to the fact that Dr Gino was doing all the work (see Dr GIlhams part of the report for confirmation).

It seems Russ Shaw is the biggest earner on the board.

Mr Saint/Starres, What and when was the piece of news or event that caused you to sell after years of relentless and enthusiastic ramping whilst the SP declined inexorably from 200+p to what it is now?

GDR is nothing without FOMO.

£1.50.. I recall SP remaining above £1 for quite a while too. Investors filling their boots when it dipped to 80p. And here we are @2p and the new rampers eg Mr Carrots, ramping that GDR is ripe for a takeover @6p . RAMPING about 6p!! And yet incredibly GDR have never been in such a strong position as they are at the moment. Doesn't mean it's strong enough to prevent the constant drip, drip, drip of the SP. GDR and AIM are meant for each other.

I agree. During the presentation yesterday Dr Gino summed up the snail-pace progress regarding sales by saying GDR were essentially having to create a new market for genetic POC tests in preventing illness proactively, that's how advanced this technology is. He also said reallocation of funds from treating patients to preventing patients having to be treated was not possible at the moment. It's a mindset thing, and it will take a while to overcome. This is to the detriment of patients health and the tax-payer. GDR will get there though, I'm sure of it.

He also avoided the question answering the question about how long the cash runway is by talking only of dependencies.

All points to the same thing , a massive dilution is on the way, probably before April. In april they expect good news into which a company like PH will be able to sell the millions of shares they mopped up to raise funding for 2025 simple because PI appetite is very weak indeed. This time next year Mr Shaw will state how GDR shares are trading above the placement SP of 0.xp...

perhaps Mr Carrots is at the bookies investing in horses instead.

"jumping in and trading for small percentage gains " is the only way to make money on GDR without shorting. Have you not looked at the historic chart, Mr Baserite? I suggest you do and then you too might turn a profit on GDR. It's not easy though as the general trend for GDR SP is south, the reasons for this were just explained to all shareholder by the CEO and CFO.
