If you insist on making dreams your master then why not dream of a company offering 10x (or more) the current SP for GDR?

Mr Carrots, You first invested in GDR in summer 2024. What is the current return on your investment, on paper and/or realized?

The next placing (say 6M )could well be @0.3p, and lets face it, that's IF PH still believe they can earn money from GDR PIs.

I'd love to know why PH decided to offer 1M @ 1.5p (only 17% discount at the closing price) + 1/4 M legal and admin costs. As I've previously said, I believe its PH testing the appetite of GDR PIs before deciding whether or not to help GDR raise another years worth of funds.

Only 2 months has been bought through yesterdays fundraise. What on earth is the point of that?

GDR are not suddenly going to earn 500k a month before end of May or end of summer for that matter. GDR need another fundraise within 4-5 months + tax refund and funds generated by retail book offer (which could be very little considering the current SP). This could be a farewell present by PH after they bailed out GDR fundraising last year. ie PH were only prepared to risk 1 mil this year, unless circumstances and news dramatically turn positive and PIs pile into to GDR, which in turn would offer PH another chance to make alot of money through another share dilution in the summer.

Situation is very desperate indeed. GDR need alot of sales ASAP in order to attract NEW PIs (and perhaps an ii).

PH is in the business of making easy money without risk.... The are testing the appetite of PIs. If PIs buy into the retail book offer then I'm sure PH will be confident that GDR can raise another 6 million and PH will be able to offload another 3 million at a decent profit., just like last year. If PIs don't buy into the retail book offer then I suspect the game is over, GDR will go bust in 4 months. Or at least, PH will not get involved in any further fundraising.

GDR already said in a recent RNS that they are not sure whether PIs have the appetite for another share dilution, the retail book off will let GDR and PH know just how big that appetite is.

It's almost as if you have a crystal ball, Mr Stocksaint.

Occassionally, the comic vlue of a comment is worth more than GDR itself.

I wonder whether PH will bail GDR out again after 2 months (GDR always raise funds when appro 1 million is left in the bank). Or whether PH feel that they've milked as much as they can from GDR PI's and this time they'll call it a day and let GDR go into administration. Difficult to tell tbh. Either way, the SP will continue its downward trend, unless some wholey unexpected news occurs .

Mr Stephen, I sincerely hope you've been trading GDR shares and took profit wherever possible since the spike in sp last July.

Seems like PI's rampers were wrong and those who are not invested were right about a fundraise. An expensive lesson. Congratulations Mr Stocksaint on your accurate prediction, a confirmation that your opinions are worth far more than those uof the people who deride you.

It is of note that Mrr Jimi Hendrix grossly overestimated the amount of capital in GDRs bank account. Before yesterdays announcement, GDR had a mere 2 months left considering burn rate of @500k per month. End of May was roughly my prediction too.

Mr Jimi hendrix, you expected money to run out mid-september. Well it still might, even after the cash from PH, GDR might not attract the 1 million it hope through the retail book offer. Or has yesterdays RNS brought you to your senses?

Yes, its looking good for GDRs stroke marker now that peterborough have broken the ice and adopted it. The products are complete no-brainers and will improve patient outcomes and save NHS lots of money. Is it the right TIME to invest though when money is short?

I also recall the mother of all derampers, "jihad4uk" or something sinister. He predicted the SP would fall when it was around 100p.

The board has got less extreme since those heady days, thankfully.
