This is what Mr stocksaint stated last week and Mr smrk asked him how it would be possible for GDR to dilution the shares further when the company set a nominal price of each share at 1.5p when they first listed.

So please, how do you think GDR will be able to dilute the sp further when the current sp is around the nominal sp?

That would be an issue with only 4-5 months worth of cash in the bank.

You expect gdr to suddenly make 500k per month in sales alone before the end of the summer. Not even the biggest rampers on here expect those sorts of sales figures.

But to do that the sp needs to be alot higher than 1.5p. Last year, I recall the sp was approx 4p when PH helped gdr raise 6M through share dilution at 1.5p. So what sort of news will help the sp breach 4p? Last July unexpected news from USA regarding GDR's stroke gene PoC test being accepted into the fdas fast track programme helped propel the sp to 4p, if only for a few weeks.

So I'd say similar foreign news would do the same. Tangible interest from a large market outside UK might be enough. It's nowhere near z given. Mr positives hourly "expected news" bulletin tells us that the only thing gdr have is hope and luck.

If GDR can't raise any more money through share dilutions because sp is at or near nominal value (1.5p) then how else can the company continue as an ongoing concern? The last dilution was therefore the last spin of the dice and bought GDR only 2 months of time to get the sp way above 1.5p in order to raise more cash through another share dilution @1.5p. Sales news needs to come in thick and fast as this is a race against clock to keep the roulette wheel spinning, as it were.

Derampers are 99% right when it comes to GDR. Just look at the chart and the share dilutions. Its not rocket science. Even those invested are scared stiff and desperate.

With all this fantastic news, I just don't understand why the market is pricing GDR at 1.5p per share. Any idea Mr Positive?

I suspect the big change is a new website that incorporates the recently published instruction videos. But maybe the new website will be built with a a company logo belonging to a company that behind the scenes has offer 80p a share for GDR ? OMG. imagine that.

Mr Farmer, You obviously have an ego big enough to believe that inflated opinions written on LSE chatboard will affect the SP. I don't believe this at all.

Mr farmer, vast majority of pis will be underwater simply because sp has historically never been lower than 1.48p or so. I wonder how many new investors bought in at 1.5p or less. Pis who invested around 2.25p are sitting on a significant paper loss. A punt @1.5p would be quite happy to sell at 2.25p. a quick 50% profit is incredible. Money is running out though but I must admit, I'm considering a punt looking for a small yet quick profit these prices.. But it's a roulette wheel. A placement will be announced in June at the latest imo.

Yes, Mr Jimihendrix shared the video meeting last week and after I watched it I concluded the same thing as you , Mr Lionel. My conclusions were

1. GDR sales team is utterly useless

2. Genomadix is a far bigger american company than GDR and yet their sales are behaving as if they are a small nimble company by getting bristol and oxford to use the POC kit for free for over 1 year and counting.

3. POCs are the way forward

4. Genomadix is probably big enough to buy GDR, if it feels their sales team can't beat GDR's sales team to the POC contracts. But at the moment , I bet Genomadix are enjoying the incompetence of GDR and the doors that they are leaving open.

GDR has spent at least some of PIs funding on a new website. "changes" refers to the website changing , it's incredibly unlikely to refer to RNS worthy news.

rampers and de-rampers say this all the time but they never can leave, not really. GDR is difficult to forget. Just tone down the ramps Mr Positive and have some shame. You may find that if no-one ramps ridiculous predictions then no-one feels the need to de-ramp either and this chatboard becomes a happier and more productive place.
