How much do the collective BoD salaries & contributions cost GDR per month?100k/ 20% of monthly cashburn? Almost!! last year it was 18% of monthly cashburn.

Looking at last years annual report the BoD , executive and non executive salaries (and James cheek and Mr Budds salary) cost GDR approx £900k. Thats £75k per month. In 2024, the cashflow was roughly £420k per month. So 18% of the monthly cashburn in 2024 was paid in salary to BoD and former BoDs on garden leave. I wonder whether the garden leave is continuing this year? Perhaps it is for Mr Cheek, after all Mr Budd resigned officially in september 2023 yet he still appeared in the annual report at the end of 2024, receiving £207k for gardening in 2024.

For a consistently loss making company with a 500k monthly cashburn, these figures are eye watering. Especially considering what GDR now have left in the bank today (approx. £2.5 M, is my estimate based on an RNS two months ago whjen they raised £2M, I think GDR raised £2M at the end of march?).

if i was a shareholder, I'd demand an answer to this question. My feeling is that alot of the cash is spent on salaries of BoD and sales staff (but that's just my personal feeling, I have no evidence). I also believe (with no evidence) that the direct and indirect costs of being a listed company and raising funds on a regularly is high.

Yes, GDR has never been in such a good position in terms of sales and NICE approvals. Yet at the same time, GDR has never been in such a worse position financially due to timelines, delays and largest ever monthly cashburn. But the current SP will tell you that, not me.

imo consolidation and placing is imminent regardless of any news and its affect on SP.

After the last news of 120k sales to manchester and accompanying drop in SP, I feel that GDR board learned that they can't rely on news to bolster the SP and perform their annual placing in their traditional way. They have to consolidate the shares (eg turning 100 ordinary shares @1.3p into 1 share worth 130p) and then perform a dilution (assuming PH is prepared to help, like it did last year). Consolidation requires shareholder approval first and there may be restrictions. Any consolidation needs needs to be big enough to enable their future share dilutions over the next 2 or 3 years and I wonder whether 100:1 dilution would be enough considering the snails pace at which NHS contracts are signed.

Mr carrots is a shadow of his former self after investing in gdr last summer. Significant paper losses have that effect on investors.

ChatGPT states "high risk, high reward" but I'd even argue there is no "high reward" in sight, at least not yet. At the moment, the potential exists for GDR to keep paying the bills before the next share dilution is required. I'd hardly call that "high reward". "Huge risk, potential reward" may be more accurate at this moment in time.
