Backing from shareholders will require a significant premium. consolidation seems like a way forward and/or lowering the nominal share price significantly. Both would allow further share diluations and fund raising buying the time GDR requires to give it a chance to make signficant sales. GDR know sales and cutting costs is paramount. Over the last year they've ramped up the sales department and combined CTO and CEO roles by making Dr Gino CEO (better late than never).

Mr Franky, Do you know the process of how a private equity firm would buy a listed companies that fail to continue as an ongoing concern? Would PIs get any money at all for their troubles?

SP has already drifted below the nominal share price so a dilution and a raise is no longer possible.

I don't believe a heads up is required, there is enough evidence of whats coming in the RNS's and its even been bickered to death on this board. GDR need significant sales. Alot more than 120k. I'd guess 3 million in total sales this summer would help GDR get through the next 2 years , obviously share dilutions would still be required but I believe the SP would be well above 1.5p if they made significant and tangible sales.

Mr Carrot is unlikely to be a pump and dumper as he's spent a year trying and knows his comments make no difference to the SP whatsoever.

Mr Positive however only recently joined and I wonder whether he's a paid ramper as his ramps are simple copy and pastes.

It's not a sell its a trade. Someone dumped 2 x 500k shares (+ 150k shares?) at the lowest price ever for GDR share.

We can conclude two things

1. They desperately want out and sold at the lowest price.

2. We know they lost money on those trades as the SP has never been lower than it is today.

Dr Gino and GDR are surely thinking the game is over after releasing the first RNS that quotes a sales figure and watching the SP to fall further below the nominal share price value.

The sp has never been this low before despite news of 120k in sales. It looks like a case of too little too late.

Makes me think how many babies are still going deaf due to hospitals not testing forthe gene first that facilitates deafness through administration of an antibiotic.
