RodneyT - Since JCC's offer is all cash for SOLG shares, wouldn't this mean that DV could still be employed by SOLG (a then subsiduary of JCC) so wouldn't qualify for the substantial termination without cause entitlement. He could of course be offered a deal by JCC to recompense him for this 'loss' which in addition to the other $4m should keep him from Carey Street.

Makes you wonder how we could have employed the guy on terms which made it quite so advantageous for him (but not us) to agree to a sale of our company at what we mostly see as a more than just substantial discount

The AGM voting form that I completed and returned listed the AGM as 30/12/25 - 12:00 pm Swiss Time.

Anyway, I have the AGM down as being today!

Eloro - Your demeanour has changed significantly over recent weeks, a few days ago I thought that you were as near melt down as you often suggested IP was. You seem to have stabilised somewhat, albeit into a minor depression, but methinks you are more balsa than mahogany.

He is out poss with Missrs at present but will comment later if time and Missrs allows. I would imagine he has a life other than fielding unpleasnt posts from some who snipe from this BB.

I can understand folk being disappointed with recent events (queue behind me on that one) but all investors here will have done so of their own volition and the decision to buy/sell is one that all shareholders make for themselves.
