the 'finger up the jacksy' isn't a definitive test for prostate cancer but identifies an enlarged prostate, not necessarily cancerous, but causes problems through being unable to urinate in an effective stream. treatment is with oral medication or keyhole laser treatment for which there is a huuuge waiting list.

regarding men being averse to the finger up the ykw, the test is performed with a chaperone present. i had mine done by a very pretty female registrar with a quite pretty nurse chaperoning! ok, perhaps a tad embarrassing for some but

a) it's not that uncomfortable and it's over very quickly.

b) it gives you the chance to wiggle your bare bum at people, often female, without being arrested.

c) if you'd ever wondered, it gives you a pretty certain idea if you're a latent *** or not!

Only a minor point but I notice that both of the last RNSs regarding share purchases begin with the line 'SolGold plc (LSE & TSX: SOLG) has received notification on xxxxx' (the day prior to the release of the relevant RNS) yet didn't release the RNS to LSE until the TSX was open and in the last instance, after LSE closed.

I have trouble finding accurate (truthful) statistics showing a breakdown of tax paying v benefits claiming immigrants over recent years. Such information would be useful when discussing the pros/cons of Border Policy.
