Variance from rolling averages for individual diseases. Some of which have been higher than the average during COVID and some which have been lower. I presume that's what you meant by all causes ?

The total excess above a rolling average has been much higher during COVID, due to COVID. Not because people died of something else with a positive COVID test.
In additional far greater numbers of people haven't died from serious cases of COVID, but they have been left with permanent health problems. Focusing on mortality alone isn't helpful.
Whilst you might like to try and claim the number of people suffering from COVID restrictions and changed priorities in the NHS is as significant as those suffering from COVID. IT ISN'T.
