Doosan have now signed that they want 50MW of our 400MW capacity. So that's another 12.5%.

In others words, within 5 weeks we signed 2 MOUs and already got buyers for more than we can produce, before we've even started building yet. Talk about keen!

The main good feature of lse (which I wish Telegram had) is the ability to filter annoying people.

To me the typical basher comments here are very similar across most penny stocks. It's the complaint of "they haven't achieved anything yet."

IMO it's so very silly. You buy a penny stock BECAUSE you're trying to get in on a project early. So by definition they won't have "achieved" anything tangible at the point where they're still a penny stock.

If you only want to invest in completed projects you have to buy mid or large cap stocks (which by definition are more expensive). Alternatively, go away and come back here in 5 years when we have a hydrogen power plant up and running and our market cap is £300M.

In the JVs that CET have done they’ve taken 50% or less. So I’m working on the assumption that they take 50% but obviously we’ll find out in due course.

My opinion only - we’ll get a JV with CET within a year with CET taking about 50% of the project and funding the lot (maybe with some debt element). Two years to construct. So it’s 3 years we’ll own 15% of a project worth something like £3Bn, maybe more. That’s £450M.

As I keep saying, the whole point of investing in a penny stock like this is to get in cheap before what you think will happen has actually happened.

So ppl who keep saying nothing is yet confirmed are correct but the nuance of what they’re saying is lost in writing. Some are complaining that we’re not further along. These guys don’t get it and will sell way too early. Others are excited that we’re so early and will ride this all the way from £6M to hundreds of millions imo.

MOUs are not legally binding but are very significant. For one thing, CET put their name to it publicly. That is itself significant. Moreover it means that both sides agree in principal to a deal. They are presumably waiting for the feasibility study and to bash out all the smaller details, but in principle we have the basis for an agreement. This is way bigger than some are making out.

I'll say it another way.

By the time all the contracts are signed and construction has started it will be too late to get the kind of returns I think we'll get from here. It will still be a good buy IMO, but not nearly as good as we're getting today. And I'm surprised more people don't see it that way.

Judging by the size of some of those trades, I'd say IIs bought some yesterday.

We have PIs saying "calm down, it's only a MOU, it's not binding". While that's certainly true, it is still a massive step forward and I think the market very much underappreciated this RNS. The comments from CET themselves were extremely positive to say the least.

No matter, I just keep buying at these stupid prices and sit back and let Naheed to her thing, cos I feel extremely confident that by the time this plant is built we will be nowhere near 0.18p.

I just said why I was pleased

I've been here 3 or 4 years and I'm more excited about this company now than when I bought in.

I was also pleased by the placing. It means our GH project is moving forward at pace.
Would I have preferred the placing to be at a higher price? Sure.
Would I prefer there was no placing at all? Definitely not!!!

This is a huge project and is going to take a long time.
Meanwhile IMO the SP will continue to slide until it suddenly does 1000+%.
That's the nature of an investment like this.
