I would much rather they bought shares on the market rather than just awarding themselves options/warrants etc. They would have to release a substantial RNS first though to avoid being accused of Insider trading. Last year's AGM was on the 4th March. This years has to be before the 1st March as 2 million shares are due to be given to Colva for continued support, subject to certain conditions which, to the best of my knowledge, have not been made public.

@ Pineapple288. That's a bit disingenuous of you mate. It 'hit' 3p for a few trades on 2nd, 3rd and 6th December 2019 but hasn't really been at 3p since late 2018. There's no need to ramp this share as it will go up with news of the Revolving credit, acquired AUM and possibly news that SLIM have bowed out.

The IHT tax free allowance in the US is $11.4 million (£8.77 million). Selling Full LIfe Cover early to avoid IHT is therefore not going to be a factor in the US. This reduces my estimate the %age of the whole market that is BOAGF's target. If/when the UK and Europe become a target market IHT avoidance will however be a selling point.

Without the expected RNS, I see the sp drifting lower today, tomorrow and Friday morning. Friday afternoon will see a rise caused by people again thinking the RNS will drop 7am on Monday 20th. One thing is for sure, when the RNS does drop the sp will not start with a 2 :) If news of substantial AUM comes at the same time the sp could well multi-bag. If we also find out that ALGW is to be the sole manager of BOAGF (as was suggested a few days ago) then ALGW's profitability is doubled and break even could be achieved within 18-24 months the the sp could well be in double figures.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of day traders in ALGW and we should be happy that there are as they provide much needed liquidity. There will be buyers and sellers at every rise or fall of 0.1 of a penny.

BooHoo RNS:
Group revenue growth for the financial year to 29 February 2020 is expected to be 40% to 42%, ahead of our previous guidance of 33% to 38%. We expect group adjusted EBITDA margin to be 10.0% to 10.2%, ahead of our previous guidance of around 10%. All other guidance for the current financial year and our medium term guidance to deliver sales growth of 25% per annum and 10% EBITDA margin remains unchanged.
