Nolupus - The COPD trial is far more complex than the Covid trial is it fair to assume 4-5weeks for analysis? I genuinely don’t know.

I hope so too. Lots of trials seem to be reporting at the same time so treatment should be the topic of conversation for the next few weeks.

Retireby - We’ve discussed Betterlife a lot here previously.

They’ve actually already completed a phase 2 trial of their drug anticovir however it wasn’t a placebo controlled trial.

They are now moving onto a large placebo controlled phase 3 trial.

So they are ahead in terms of what phase they are at but by not getting the highest quality data in the phase 2 they have been unable to push for EUA.

The hope would be that our phase 2 data gives us a better platform to push forward.

and this leans towards the triple threat being better than the double threat. RECOVERY dropped the double threat so you would be fair to assume the triple threat only works because of IFN-Beta.

and the RECOVERY trial recently ruled out Lopinavir/ritonavir combined.

So if the triple threat of Lopinavir/ritonavir combined with interferon-beta proves successful that would be more clout behind IFN beta.

Exactly might shine the spotlight on IFN-beta then we can follow up showing the performance of it inhaled by itself.

Rich - As I mentioned earlier It was pointed out to me that there is a Morningstar pro subscription. It’s like £10k a year or similar and is used by fund managers and the like as a source of data. I think as a company Morningstar is a highly reputable source of data and some of it trickles out into the consumer facing web pages.

Rich - The morning star data is a bit confusing because if you toggle between Funds and Institutions and Buying Selling and Major you get different numbers for the Miton holding.

CW25 - I believe you are referring to Morningstar, they update periodically and the data is usually fairly accurate. Apparently they have a professional subscription service which is a heft £10k+ a year but that gives you proper access to data I expect you have to be in the industry to be allowed access onto that platform.

@dryland - Yes I understand that they also have a track record of not releasing timely TR1's if it suits there position look at DDDD as an example I believe TREK has raised this with the FCA and they are looking into it. Acacia's movements matter not especially with the price rising as they are unloading they are obviously being absorbed well.

I'm more interested in understanding the characteristics of our CEO and how he responds to probing questions.

Who else thinks Richard gave a subtle hint in his video that Acacia where planning to offload further?

As a CEO you know fairly well the intentions of your major investors. If he knew they where holding there would have been nothing stopping him from saying I've been in touch and they are staying put for now.

Instead he answered that it is up to them to inform the market of their dealings which to be fair it is, and low and behold TR1.

I have a lot of faith in Richard as a CEO he's been very precise in his delivery.

Looking on the bright side it's pretty obvious that Acacia's stake is being bought by another institution the block buying before and after the 3mil trade was not a PI.
