So to summarise between we have figured out at the Sold Out ERS

-Tom Wilkinson is presenting Southampton Research and has various posters to display
- A lively and interactive discussion is taking place around trials of which Sprinter is one being discussed
- Synairgen are not presenting
-We are unlikely to witness the Debate in sprinter unless someone coughs up £890 for a virtual seat

If we had all read the program for longer than 5seconds we could have wasted less time.

Tommy - I did I also posted that 8C was a discussion section, relating to trials of which Sprinter is one, twice which no one picked up on.

Difference is I’m not trying to say I didn’t post any of that.

Happy to say on my initial glance of the program I read TW as a presenter and assumed that’s why mani had talked about the ERS.

Good news is the ERS is sold out…

Fruits - Agreed it sounds like a really interesting session I hope we manage to track down a recording of session 8C post event. Although it is likely to be behind a paywall.

So is it hard to follow or not?

Seems to me the sprinter presentation is actually a discussion that may or may not involve Synairgen.

Monks name appears on page 200 as a named author on RCt2884 which is part of section 8C TW is also a named author on RCT2884

I don’t think Monk or Wilkinson are presenting anything in this section looks to be a discussion about the trials held between the discussants listed I may be wrong.

Monk and Wilkinson are just named authors on the trial.

Might be wrong.

Dunk - I was referencing the fact that they have a panel session without a title.

In my industry being invited to sit on a specialist panel at a reputable conference to discuss a topic is a big deal.

The conference is weeks away it looks a bit un-professional IMO.

Would expect this sort of thing to be sorted several months in advance.

Fruits - I think it looks a bit un-professional of the conference to have so many unannounced titles so close to the event.

I assume the specialist panel on Sept 8th know what they are going to discuss and have been selected based on the topic.

My experience of these things is that you are briefed months in advance on the topics that will be tabled for discussion.

Fruits - Then instantly it’s less interesting that extends to the event too.

What conference advertises that they don’t know what the topics of the keynotes and panel discussions are going to be this close to the actual event.

Mani - The ERS programme literally spells out what Tom Wilkinson is there to discuss. The presentations have a discussion/debate element to them so may well touch on other areas but at face value they are there to discuss sprinter.

Pretty sure ERS will be a presentation of Sprinter results. The discussion and debate section may stray into broader topics.

Looks like it’s TW at the ERS.

Will be a discussion session with different slots covering different trials. Worth a listen.

We should expect representatives to be doing lots of conferences since we finally have something to talk about having completed 3 p2’s and a p3. It will serve to keep us at the forefront of peoples minds in the industry.

Expect you have to pitch for speaking slots 3-6months in advance of the conference maybe longer for the really good ones.

What’s more interesting to me is the title of Marsdens presentation at the other conference is yet to be released. Read into that what you will.

Mani - Get a grip will you. Monteacute’s post made me smile I’m sure it resonated with many people that attend such events.

They are always a good excuse to have have some fun on the company coin.

Personal favourite was a military expo in Orlando Florida.

Mani - I didn’t jump on Doc’s post because as I said yesterday I didn’t mean switch in the way that you took it to mean yesterday.

So actually Doc’s news didn’t really support the point I was making.

However you digging your heals in and now deciding that being offered a switch is technically different to a switch just highlights how you can never allow yourself to concede.

I will be civil you cannot categorically say my opinions about matters that have not come into play yet are wrong and I sincerely hope you do not live your life telling people their opinions are wrong.

You can choose to disagree with them challenge them but you cannot say they are wrong.

My disagreement with Mani started when I suggested news would take longer than they had been suggesting this is my opinion and theirs differs.

This started towards the end of May it’s now nearly the close of August. I set a timeline of 6-12months with real value arriving next year. I’m about half way through my predicted news vacuum. I would be delighted if news came sooner.

I am now subjected to repeated targeting even about the most trivial of things, which is mildly frustrating but I concede I have invited it upon myself too and baited to see how rational they think.

I will not however shrink away like others would probably like. If you are one of those you are free to filter me.

Regarding the never ending saga that is Rob you have made some strong and openly defamatory comments there I hope you are sure of their truth. Frankly I am not interested because I don’t want to be involved in this personal rubbish sort it out between yourselves or forget about it. My dealings with Rob are infrequent and involve sharing of opinions with respect to SNG, in his quest for truth he has develop several useful contacts and has kindly shared info he receives from them openly and with no agenda.
